Conference on May 22, 2015 (Friday), 7:30 AM at Gateway Hotel, Surigao City, with the following

2. Participants to this conference are the Assistant Schools Division Superintendent, all Education Program
Supervisors, Public Schools District Supervisors, Secondary and Elementary School Heads, Heads of
Section of this Division.
3. This whole day activity will be hosted by Surigao City District IV.
4. A subsidy of Php. 10,000.00 from this Divisions MOOE will be utilized for this undertaking and other
incidental expenses will be charged to schools MOOE of District IV (10% from each school).
5. Attendance is a must.
6. Wide and immediate dissemination of this Memorandum is desired.
