Introduction:

In this document, I am going to be covering the range listed below for Unit
32 assignment 2 and Unit 72 assignment 2.

Time management and working to agreed timescale:

The images below show the ILPs from both Unit 32 assignment 2 and Unit
72 assignment 2.

The images above show the two ILPs from Unit 32 assignment 2 and Unit
72 assignment 2. This shows the timescales that I had to create both of
these assignments.
The ILP from Unit 32 assignment 2 it shows that I only had three sessions
to create all of the documents from Unit 32 assignment 2, this shows that

I have done all of the work to deadline. In Unit 72 assignment I finished all
of the work three sessions earlier than the deadline, this shows that I
worked ahead of deadline and didnt need all of the time to finish all of the
documents required in this section. This is shown by the ILP to the right
as the ILP to the left is from Unit 32.

To conclude, the sections above show the ILPs from both Unit 32
assignment 2 and Unit 72 assignment 2. This shows the deadlines that I
had for both of the assignments; this shows that I met the deadlines in
Unit 32 assignment 2 and that I finished all of the work in Unit 72
assignment 2, this shows that I met both of the deadlines for both of these
assignments.

Communication skills:

Communication skills in my units are based on milestones and liaisons as

these are used to meet and talk to clients. Below is a section from a report
from Unit 5 that I have written about milestones and liaisons.
The image to the right is from Unit 32 assignment 3 as I have created two
client liaisons during this assignment.
The four images below show the four pages that I have created for the
client liaisons.

that I have used client liaisons before and have kept the notes on them.

The image to the right shows the client meeting from unit
54 assignment two; this shows the client meeting that I
had. This shows that I kept the notes on the meeting.
The images to the right show the two pages of client
meeting notes that I took in Unit 54 assignment 2. This
shows that I have had client meetings and liaisons
throughout the course around assignment one or two of
several different units. This is so that I can confirm
storyboards/dope sheets/ideas with clients before making
the product. An example of this is the client meeting notes
to the right after I pitched my ideas for the Pixels, as I had
to create the bands logo, poster and cd cover. The client meeting notes
were taken before pitching the idea as these tell me what the band
wanted. After this is created storyboards and dope sheets.
Similar to this, I have used milestones in a couple of different assignment,
this is shown below as I have taken screen shots of the two milestone
reviews that I have done in Unit 32 assignment 4.
The images to the left show the two mile
stone reviews that I had with the client,
these are very similar to liaisons and
meetings as I met with the client in both
of these to show what I had done so far
and what the client wanted to change or
what the client liked so far.

Meeting requirements:

The ILP and brief of bothy of these images show that I have met all of the
deadlines and completed all of the work specified on the brief. The images
below show the brief and ILP from Unit 32 assignment 2.

To conclude, all of the images above show that I met all of the meeting
requirements set by both the brief and the client as I have shown the
briefs, ILPs and all of the client meeting notes in this document. This
shows that I have met all of the requirements in both reports from Unit 32
assignment 2 and Unit 72 assignment 2.

Achieving agreed outcomes:

The images below show the brief for Unit 32 assignment 2.

The images above show the brief to Unit 32 assignment 2, this shows that
I needed to create a report with the following headers:

This list shows all of the sections that I had to complete on the report from
Unit 32 assignment 2. The images below show the headers cropped out in
the report that I created below.

The images above show all of the header that are on the report that have
been required by the brief, this shows that I followed the brief and
completed all of the sections that I needed to. The images above show the
evidence from Unit 32; I have done the same below with all of the titles
from Unit 32 assignment 2.

The images above show the brief and a section of one

of the reports, I am not going to paste in all of the
headers to this as there are a lot more than Unit 32s
report. The image to the left shows a sub-section of
the report, the image below to the right shows the
three separate word/page count that I wrote out, this
is because I had to break up the document, as the file
size was too large.

The images to the right show that I have

written 30 pages for this document,
altogether this is 7,653 words.
This shows that I covered the range extensively as there are 35 headers
so I wrote around 220 words per section, this shows that I have written at
least a paragraph per section and accompanied it with an elucidated
example image.

To conclude, in both assignments I have achieved the agreed outcomes

set by the client on the brief as I have linked in several different images
above showing that I have filled out the ranges on the brief on both of the
assignments.
