To Whom It May Concern:

My name is Simran Saroay and I am a sophomore student from Antelope High School. I am writing this letter to
you so you could assist the Syrian refugees who are living in terrible conditions. The refugees are not secured
and thats why they need a place where they have protection. In the population about half of the refugees are
children and they have to live in these frightful conditions. I am an immigrant in this country and I am living
here for four and half years in Sacramento, California. Those refugees need better place to live where they can
be secured so the government should welcome the refugees.

The population of Syria is not guarded. Many of the innocent have lost their lives when they have not done
anything wrong. So thats why our country should invite the refugees who need security and need better place to
live. The government could save many lives of refugees by accepting them into this country and providing them
their needs.

Todays refugees crisis is different from the World War II. Today when we welcome refugees to our country we
are also welcoming terror to our country. Even though refugees are dangerous to our country, but we can not
forget the innocent faces and the single mothers who are living in dreadful conditions. In contrast, terrorist
could reach in our country by refugees, but if we let the refugees to come in our country it could save their lives.

I completely disagree with the current law makers decision because the law is not helping the refugees. The
government is not showing their power that could save many lives of the refugees. The population need help
who is going to this crisis. They do get food to eat, place to sleep, and enough clothes to wear. U.S. is a very
powerful country and modernized country. U.S. help many people who live in this country, the government
provide everything to the people who need help. If they could provide all the facilities to the U.S. population,
then they could do the same for the Syrian refugees too.

The major point of writing this letter is to tell the government that it is time, that U.S. take an action towards the
complications of the Syrian refugees and help them to better their lives, and to provide education to the refugees
children. To conclude, I highly recommend the government to take an act towards the crisis and help the people
who need help. I would to like thank you for using your time for reading my letter and I hope that the
government takes action on this matter.
