production a breeze, while the ability to restrict usage and monitor the device
remotely, enable administrators to effectively manage costs within a more

Device configuration options Finishers

DocuCentre- II 7000 16000 is available in a number of functional
configurations. It can be set up as a stand-alone copier with
the addition of print, scan and fax functionality as required.
Paper trays
DocuCentre-I l 7000 16000 includes li,llSO sheets of standard
paper capacity to help keep your workgroup productive.
Fo r document intensive environments, one or two additional
paper troy options exist, capable of boosting paper capacity
by up to a whopping 2,000 or It ,OOO sheets respectively!
DocuCent re-II 7000 16000 can also be configu red with any
one of the following optional catch trays or finishers:

DocuCentre-II 7000 16000 incorpora tes a number of
noteworthy copy features:
Annotations
Add information such as stamp, date and page number. Custom
annotations containing up to 32 characters can be made while
the size, position and colour of annotations can be changed
atony time.
Poster creation
Copies an enlarged image onto multiple sheets to be
assembled as a poste r.
With powerful scanning speeds of up to 75 ipm, DocuCent re-IJ
7000/6000 digitises hard copy documents for distribution to
any number of mailbox repositories, email addresses or
destinations on the organisation 's network.
Mailbox print I document merge
Frequentl y printed documents can be saved to a mailbox
repository at the device for qutck and easy retrieval on
demand. Documents within a mailbox can also be merged
to create one single document for print.
