dhereing all the policy,
procedure. and delivering the best result to client. providing the SAP Basis Sup
port & Solution 24X7(as per shift). Resolving long pending issues and day to day
issue as well.
Delivering daily basis job i.e transport management, file system monitoring, job
moitoring, table space monitoring and data file addition.
Internal Keybase referred whenever required. Should also refer Wipro KM to check
for relevant project documents and make effective use of them in the ongoing pr
ojects.
Effective use of the documents available on the KM portal to ensure that best p
ractice are implemented and replicated across.
Performing the other tasks based on client requirement.
I am also a part of new New fiori Develoment server installation.
Maintaining and troubleshooting DC DR synchronization for ECC and EP systems.

Involved in patch upgrade activity in entire landscape.

Moving TR's to with in the landscape of R3 PRD.
Sending EP checklist to the customer on hourly basis.
Password Reset for sbi users daily.
Monitoring the Background jobs and sending mail to the user if it get canceled.
Regular monitoring of table spaces and increases if it reaches beyond the values
.
Daily monitoring of R3 and EP systems (DEV, QAS, PRD & PRE-PRD).
