DISTRICT MANAGER/DISTRICT CONSULTANT (DM/DC)

The District Manager acts as a watchdog for the training centres by being responsible for the
verification of details provide by a training centre and has the authority to give remarks of about them.
Role of DCs:
1. Visit the training centre/ CSCs. He/she would follow check points (1.Minimum carpet area (sq. ft.),
2.Class room sitting capacity (students), 3. Located within the concerned Panchayat boundaries, 4.
Number of Operational Computers/Laptops, 5.Internet Connectivity, 6.Teaching faculty: Name,
Qualification, Mobile, email).
2. Submit this report online only on the same day. Offline work would not be entertained.
3. He/she may comment for recommendation or rejection of the centre.

User Manual DM/DC

1. Visit our portal www.pmgdisha.in and login with your login credentials.

2. On first login, DM/DC have to check that their entered details are correct. If any change are
required please correct your details. DM/DCs dashboard will be similar to screen below.
They can see number of registered Training Centre in their District. These Centre can be
filtered on the basis of Tehsil, Panchayat etc.
3. DM/DC have to check the location of each of registered Training Centre. They can check the
location by clicking on the highlighted VIEW tab.

4. On clicking on View tab, below screen will appear. From here DM/DC can check whether
registered centre has filled their location correctly or not.
5. Next click on the highlighted button. From here DM/DC can enter details of centres they had
verified.

5.1 On clicking this tab, following screen will appear. Fill all the details you had noted at the
time of physical verification of centre.
 5.2 After filling all the details correctly, click on the tab Save.

6. On clicking on Chat tab, DM/DC can enter their comments regarding the respective training
centre. These comments will be stored in the database and can be refer for future references
by State Consultant and Central team.
