experience at Waste Heat Recovery Power Plant (WHR) 10MW at Lucky Cement. Looking for an opportunity where I

Responsibilities as Shift Incharge at WHR:
Responsible for continuous operation of AQC (14.5ton) and SP (6.4ton) boilers and turbine during 12 hours shift,
ensuring power generation of 8.5-9 MW and minimizing the risk of unplanned shut down.
Daily inspection of AQC and SP boilers along with turbine for any abnormality.
Reliability centered maintenance of all mechanical equipment of WHR.
Pre and Post Shut down planning.
To ensure smooth Operation of Boilers.
Regular inspection of the equipment and highlight the faults to the Head of Department.
Continuous investigation into the causes of faults and finding remedies of emergency breakdown.
Maintenance of Cooling Tower.
