I. INTRODUCTION
The malls of the city of Trujillo is one of the most visited and frequented by the
population places even is very crowded by foreigners; It is why our city becomes a
great attraction to set up a business.
Currently, the city is built mostly by businesses of restaurants and fast foods that
provide similar products and are in constant skills, making some businesses go out
of customers for not giving added value to their products to distinguish themselves
from the rest.
The company GLI born with the need for a different product that satisfies the
consumer by providing quality service and respond efficiently to your requests way,
also offers innovative products, giving a value to the brand what makes it different
from other businesses they dont have it.
The company offers completely healthy desserts and coffees, its strategic focus are
the customers; which the choice, preparation and presentation of their products are
made thinking of the satisfaction of each customer; all this is given as a competitive
advantage and fostering innovation.
During the development of this work the mission and vision of the company and its
corporate values and the fulfillment of its objectives in 8 different areas will be
built: marketing, innovation, human resources, financial resources, physical
resources, productivity, social responsibility, profit requirements.

II. STRATEGIC PLAN DEVELOPMENT COMPANY MYPE GLI
The company MSEs "GLI" started its activities related to the line of business in early
2016 activities, this is dedicated to producing and selling desserts and coffees in its
premises located in the street in front of the Claretian Santa Rosa.
MSEs what you want is to meet customer needs by providing products of excellent
quality, and new products that are not found elsewhere.
