15 pages maximum, 10 pages minimum for the report

Group report.

Submit on week 13 before lecture.

Presentation on week 14 & 15, all presentation file submitted in 1 CD on week

Responsibility
It is the responsibility of the Environmental Management Representative to
maintain this document.
Clauses covered by this procedure
ISO 14001:2004 4.3.1
As ISO 14001 states, The organization shall establish a procedure to identify
environmental aspects and determine those aspects that have or can have a
significant impact to the environment. The company should keep a register of
the environmental aspects, which is kept up to date and takes into account
planned new or modified activities, products, or services.

Purpose

The purpose of this procedure is to ensure that all environmental aspects of the
companys operations and activities are identified and that the significance of
their environmental impacts are assessed to permit improvement objectives
and the implementation of necessary control measures. These procedures
address routine and non-routine activities, including contractors and visitors
having access to the workplace.
Scope
2. This document lists the environmental aspects and impact identified as a
result of the activities, products and services provided by Electronic Company.
These will also include those:
Relating to current, past and proposed future activities
Occurring under normal, abnormal or reasonably foreseeable emergency
conditions
Environmental Impact
Any paperwork received shall be segregated and recycled using the most
suitable re-cycling method, once it is deemed no longer required.
Land fill waste shall be kept to a minimum.
All department equipment and lighting shall be turned off at the end of the day
and when not in use for long periods.
Every effort should be made to minimise the Companys Environmental
impact.
All work activities shall be carried out under ISO14001 guidelines.
