recently regarding the pendency of the present matter. On the
previous date of hearing the accused was represented through
counsel in the captioned matter.

3. That the accused above names is a permanent resident of

Chennai and belongs to a very reputed family. The accused has
not previously been convicted of any offence by any court in
India, and hence there is no chance of his absconding from the
course of justice or tampering with any of the witnesses.

4. That the accused above named is suffering from ailments

relating to cancer and is being continuously monitored for any
relapse of cancer and is undergoing intensive and continuous
treatment in Chennai.

5. That the accused above named undertakes to furnish sound

surety to the satisfaction of the Honble Court.

6. That the applicant/accused above named further undertakes to

abide by all the terms and conditions which this Honble Court
may deem fit and proper.
