Please crosscheck "Birth Date" in ADT with Age dictated.

There is ZERO tolerance

to Age error.
Even if your Post Audit quality is 100%, if you make any error in Age, Nuance wi
ll move you to 100% Review and they won't approve your DSP proposal.

In this particular file, age dictated was 99, but as per Birth Date it should be
101, so either we should change it to 101 or should leave it a blank.

Hi Team:
We are continuing to make errors in Carbon Copy and selection of doctor names in
side the report.
Always make sure that you are selecting the Doctor name which belongs to the sam
e Entity.
This particular file belongs to Desert (DES) entity and in Carbon Copy user sele
cted Dr. from IND instead of "DES."

Hi Team:
When CRNP, NP, PA is dictating, then we should leave their name in the Speaker f
ield and should put the MD name that the Speaker mentions to the "Signing Clinic
ian" field.
There is no need to type "___, NP is dictating for ___, MD"
Put ___, NP name in the Speaker field.
Put ___, MD name in the Signing Clinician field.

ng", type dictated information in the body of the report, leaving the signing cl
inician field BLANK.

Signing Clinician: Blank
Inside the report: "DICTATED FOR: Christopher Bailey, MD"

(2) Dictated as "Attending is Dr. Christopher Bailey"

Hi Team:
In Tenet, the key is going through MT instruction of each and every file.
MT Instruction for Desert Cancer Center - Only for "DES - Cancer Center"
PROCEDURE DATE: REQUIRED FIELD:
(1) Entered date in the "Procedure Field" needs to be verified and changed as ne
cessary.
(2) IF NOT DICTATED, THEN PEND TO TENET_DATE OF SERVICE
Procedure Date is a Required Field
If DOS is dictated, we should enter Date of Service in the "Procedure Field"
If DOS is NOT dictated, leave "Procedure Field" blank and DSP/QC users should pe
nd to "TENET_DATE OF SERVICE".
If DOS is not dictated, but still there is a date in the Procedure Field, you sh
ould keep the cursor in the Procedure Field and press "F3" to remove the date.

How to find Entity in Desert:

Desert has following entities, so how to find entity of a file ?
DES - Cancer Center
DES - DRMC
DES - ICON Neuro
DES - ICON Ortho
DES - PATH
DES - Primary Care Clinic
In the below given screenshot, the Entity is DES - DRMC.
