Immaculee teaches us a good lesson. That forgiveness should be a part in our everyday

lives as Catholics and non-Catholics. Forgiveness is something that we should all do. Everyone

deserves forgiveness because it is want our faith wants. As Jesus said, forgive those who

trespass against you and thats exactly what Jesu did he forgave the Roman soldiers who were

treating him horribly. That is what Immaculee does to the killers she forgives them and we

should follow her. Thesis: forgiveness is something that is important and we should all forgive

others.

Forgiveness is a very important thing that we all should do. Everybody deserves

forgiveness no matter what they have done to you. Jesus forgave the roman soldiers even after

they treated him horribly. Immaculee forgave the killers even after they killed her family. So as

Jesus said, forgive those who trespass against you and we should all follow that saying.

Immaculee sees forgiveness as so important because she wanted to move on with her life and

forgive those who did bad things to her. Because she is Catholic and she believes forgiveness is

the right thing to do.

The opposite of forgiveness is anger and revenge. This is the case because if you dont

forgive those who treated you bad you will become anger and want revenge. Which is not the
right thing to do. Immaculee herself struggled with this. She was angry at the killers and wanted

revenge. But what she did was pray to God to let her forgive those who treated her bad and thats

what she did. Lack of forgiveness affects mankind and Rwanda because if you dont have the

courage to forgive there will still be anger and hate. So thats why you forgive so all that anger

and hate could go away.

Humans can forgive each other. Yes, it will be hard but we can forgive each other. We

need to find the courage to forgive others just like Immaculee did. Forgiveness can promote

peace because the anger and hate that people fell toward each other could go away if we just

forgive each other. Forgiveness could stop wars because all the anger and hate will go away.

Forgiveness could also stop violence because there will be no anger or hate. Forgiveness will

promote peace not only in the United States but all over the world.

In conclusion, forgiveness is a key value that should be in all our hearts. Forgiveness has

the potential to stop wars and fights and bring peace. Forgiveness is something that we should all

be able to do. We must listen to Jesus as he said, forgive those who trespass against you. Even

if you are not Catholic you should still have the ability to forgive. Forgiveness is a good thing we

all must value because without it there wouldnt be happiness. Thesis: forgiveness is something

that is important we should all forgive others.
