Subject:- PC-II STUDY OF WATER RESOURCE DEVELOPMENT IN

NON POTHWAR AREA BARANI TRACT

Sir,
I am directed to inform you that the PC-II Study of Water
Resource Development in non Potohar area Barani tract was evaluated
by Chief (RP) in a meeting held on 26.10.2009 participated by Deputy
Director (Development) ABAD and SDO ABAD.

After detailed deliberations following changes were agreed to

be incorporated in the PC-II:-

1. The study will be based on different ecological zones in non

Potohar areas.
2. The man-months of team leader and other specialist involved
in the study may be reduced as per actual requirement of
the study.
3. The provision for administrative expenses (visit of ABAD
staff, transportation, stationery and misc.) amounting to Rs.
1.500 million may be deleted from the PC-II.
4. Period of study may be reduced from 12 months to 6
months.

You are requested to kindly provide the PC-II for PDWP

accordingly.

copy of copy of the TOR’s for further action. It is also advised to lump the
positions of IT specialist and GI specialist of two projects.

The request copy of TOR’s may be furnish at the earliest for

further process.

Administrative Approval (Amended) of the scheme “PC-II Study of Water
Resource Development in Non-Potohar Areas Barani Tract” at a total cost of Rs. 5.000
million appearing at G.Sr.No.2291 in ADP 2009-10 is forwarded for authentication and
return. A copy of minutes of PDWP meeting held on 25-11-2009 is enclosed.
