Department please refer to Finance Department letter NO. FD.SO(P&D)2-38/2006-Vol-I Dated
22-2-2010 on the subject noted above.

As directed by the Finance Department vide letter referred above, the pay package
of staff of subject scheme is required to the got separately cleared from Regulation Wing of
Fiancé Department.

already cleared by the Finance Department:-

Subject:- STAFF CLEARANCE FOR THE SCHEME PUNJAB ECONOMIC

OPPORTUNITIES PROGRAMME (PEOP).

CDWP during its meeting held on 18-03-2010 has approved the scheme of Punjab
Economic Opportunities Programme (PEOP) at a total cost of Rs. 729.500 million. The ECNEC
has also accorded anticipatory approval of the scheme. The said project involved 21 posts
(Officers / Officials) (page 23 of PC-I-flag X) starting January 2010-December 2013, over span
of four years which requires to the cleared by Finance Department in terms of note I(IV) under
Sr. No. 8 of the second schedule part-I, Power common to all Department under the Delegation
of Finance Power Rules 2006.

The following Documents are attached:-

i. Copy of approved PC-I of Punjab Economic Opportunities Programme (PEOP).

ii. Copy Administrative Approval (Cost: Rs.729.500). The said administrative

approval has already been authenticated by FD and issued accordingly.

iii. Minutes of CDWP Dated 18-03-2010.

iv. Copy of anticipatory approval by ECNEC
