1. Company Description

The name we chose for our candy store is T & M Sweet Tooth, we choose the
name because we thought it was a good choice for the name of a candy store because
everyone has a sweet tooth once in awhile, we thought it was also a great way to show
this was a partnership.
The location of our business will be in Orlando, FL on 1515 Lee Road. We
chose this location because it is located in the middle of a shopping mall and we feel
that we will get a lot of customers because everyone goes to the mall. T&M Sweet
Tooth was inspired by Taylor and Makaela's love for candy and delicious sweets. The
business type we have chosen was a partnership, we work together well because we
have been friends for a long time and we know one each other.
Some of the short term goals we have are making about 250,000 in the first year,
provide great products, and better than our competitors.
Some long terms goals for our business is to keep the business alive, have fun,
and stay on top of payments and satisfaction. We would also like to have at least 10
stores across the United Stated in the first 5 years of the business being open.

2. Legal Structure

We choose a Partnership because we can depend on more than ourselves to run

the business, If one of us are out for a family problem or a sick day than we still know
that the business is still getting looked after from our other partner. We also chose to do
a partnership because it has minimal liability. The disadvantages of having a partnership
instead of a corporation is the a corporation has no liability. We need an insurance
license and an environmental license.

3. Our Location

Our store is located on 1515 Lee Road Orlando Fl.

4. Management

4
We decided to do a partnership because in a partnership it's easier and you
don't have as much weight on your shoulders because there are two people in a
partnership and if one is sick or out due to a family issue you will still be able to have
your business open.
