Here is a list of upcoming events scheduled

for the last week of school. J Mrs. Ecalne

Friday, May 26
8:30 am - 1 pm Heritage Day- All students will be visiting other classrooms to
learn about different countries.

Monday, May 29
Memorial Day - No School

Tuesday, May 30
Dismissal, Grades 1-5, 2:40 pm
Have students bring backpacks. I will be sending home student
work.
Semester 2 Awards Assembly- Your child will get a note if they will receive a
Principal/Jaguar/Grit/Excellence Award
Grades: K-1 8:10-8:40 2-3 8:50-9:30 4-5 9:40-10:20
AFTERNOON- your child has an option to bring their favorite board game to
class with your permission, of course. We will have some time in the afternoon
to play games. We plan to make root beer floats with the class.

Wednesday, May 31
Dismissal: Grades 1-5 1:30 pm
Have students bring backpacks. I will be sending home student
work.
8 am: Third grade awards assembly. Your child will get a note if they will
receive a character or AR award.
9:30-11 am: Third Grade Field Day
Wear sunscreen and comfortable clothing.

Thursday, June 1 Last day of school

Dismissal: Grades 1-5, 12:35 pm
9: 30 - noon approximately: Walking field trip to Mountain Mikes
Please submit permission slip with $5 if you havent done so already.
