A recent survey showed that one in six homeopathic patients will seek treatment
for a psychiatric disorder. As a practitioner, you know that many more come with
mental or emotional difficulties secondary to a physical complaint. It behooves us
to be able to recognize dis-eased mental states and use them to find effective
remedies for our patients. As Samuel Hahnemann reminds us in Aphorisms 210
and 213 of the Organon, mental and emotional symptoms, when present in
acute or chronic cases of disease, must be considered if we wish to cure homeo-
pathically. The conditions that will be discussed during the seminar are:
