2. Why is the annual total or average pay for construction workers lower whereas pay on the
construction sector is high?

4. Define the terms general contractor and building contractor. Do likewise for prime

Ministry of Construction and Urban Development by type and grade. Give project cost
limit for each contractor.

description of each stage.
