Personal Statement

I am kind of perfectionist person. When I do all the task that assigned by teacher, I have to
be recheck all the time so my work will give out the best result. In this recent years, I spend more
time in learning and practicing architecture arts and design. I prefer this type of design. I find that
being an architecture is tough and has to have the unique idea. It takes time to be good at
architecture including the idea and concept of thinking. When I start to find the program that suit for
my style and suit my interested. My choice is the collage that has international program which is
INDA, the International Program in Design and Architecture at Chulalongkorn University. The
Architecture Faculty was first established in 1939, and has a long and successful history of
educating professionals in Thailand. INDA was found in 2006. This program focus on design
innovation and experimentation. Also, INDA prepares students for graduate study abroad.

For my personal life, I have had a chance to visit many countries. What I found is all the
buildings are different and each one has it own story. I want to tell the story by expressing my own
unique idea into my buildings. Last year, I am a part of community service at Krabi. We went to
Baan Klongya school which located in the country side to help them out and bring them things.
Along the way to the school was rough because the road is pretty damaged and it takes about an
hour till we got there. Going there, seeing the old building and got to experienced the struggle
myself changes my perspectives of things. But the feeling that strikes me the most is wanting to
help them. I want them to have a better life. I have met some really passionate students who have a
dream and they wanted to study. But when the rain comes the old building couldnt save them from
getting wet. Sometime the school has to be cancelled. This inspired me as a person. I want to be a
architect who build them, a strong beautiful building with a cheap cost so that the students can
learn. This extra-curricular activity become one of my inspiration.

After I graduate, I want to study more in Master of Architecture at aboard at Harvard

University Graduate School of Design because I want to gather new experience while I study and
work. In this university I can learn more of the theory, practical, conceptual aspect in architecture. I
find that INDA program support some of my interpersonal skills. In other hand, I know myself that
I am not patient that much. I have drawing in architect before but this program will shape me to be
more patient and neat in all works.
