outsomuchandtrytopreparemealsaheadoftimesoIcancontrolwhatgoesintomybodyand

whatstaysout.Iwilldefinitelysavemoremoneythiswaytoo.

Fromthisassignment,IlearnedthattherearealotofcaloriesinsomeofthefoodsthatI

eatonadailybasis.Ilearnedabouttheimportanceoftrackingyourcaloriesinordertomaintain
certaingoalsthatyouhaveforyourselves.Theamountofcaloriesyouputintoyourbody

determinesalotaboutyourhabitsasitestablishesgroundsforunhealthyorhealthyeating.

Inputtingyourcaloriescanhelpyouchangebadhabitsintogoodones,givingyouanopportunity

toseekbetteralternativestobetterhabits.Thisgavemeabetterperspectiveastowhatis
