The documents costs shall be only as per mentioned above - non- refundable. The envelope shall be sealed with red wax and addressed to head of Main Tenders Committee at Diwan of Royal Court, number and subject of the tender shall be written thereon, and nothing that would refer to the tender holder or his name. The tender shall be attached with a bank guarantee letter or a bank check from one of the Omani banks, with a value of (2%) of the total award’s value and to be is valid for (90 days) commencing from the day of Submitting of envelops. The tenders shall be put in the tender’s box in Contracts & Surveying Department at Muscat Municipality before 10:00 a.m. on the Closure Date, and any offer after this date shall be neglected.
