have breached the code of Legal Ethics and Professional
Responsibilities?

professional responsibilities?
3. How important is it for anyone who are reading or have read law to

4. How does legal ethics differs in actual practice as compared to the
established theories?
5. What do you think should be improved on or implemented in the local
legal education on this area?
 6. Do you think the rules of professional conducts in Malaysia are
comprehensive enough?
7. Do you think the progressive approach now recognized in other
jurisdiction such as the Penumbral duty of care towards client should
