Penicillin is a group of antibiotics derived from the Penicillium fungi. Penicillin is effective
against bacterial infections as it kills bacteria by interfering with the ability to synthesize cell wall. It

Penicillin power can be diluted with sulfanilamide to used to cure burns. It can prevent the
development of infection at early stage and for eradicating it at later stage. [2]
There are a few types of penicillins, each used to treat various types of contaminations.
For example

dental infections
ear infections
respiratory tract infections
urinary tract infections
gonorrhea
and other infections brought on by bacterias
These medications won't work for olds, flus, and other infections caused by viruses. [3]
