As of the moment I am writing this piece we have had only three presidents be impeached or

left office before impeachment they include Andrew Johnson, Bill Clinton, and Richard M Nixon.
So let me tell you give you a quick summery of why they were set to be impeached or were
impeached. Johnson, the 17th president of the United States, was accused of violating the
Tenure of Office Act. The 1867 required Senate approval before a president could remove any
member of his cabinet who had been confirmed by the upper chamber of Congress. He was
impeached but not convicted by one vote. Clinton, the nation's 42nd president, was impeached
by the House of Representatives on December 19, 1998, for allegedly misleading a grand jury
about his extramarital affair with Lewinsky in the White House, and then persuading others to lie
about it, too. He was tried but not forced to leave until his second term ended. Richard M. Nixon,
was certain to be impeached and convicted in 1974, but the 37th president of the United States
resigned before he was to face prosecution over the 1972 break-in at the Democratic Party's
headquarters in what became known as the watergate scandal.

Trump has had multiple things that he could get impeached over but he hasn't because
republicans are controlling D.C so for now he is safe. The things Trump could get impeached on
are his teams ties to Russia and Vladimir Putin before he was president, or his firing of FBI
director James Comey, when Comey was investigating Trumps connections with Russia so
Trump could be tried for the same thing that Bill Clinton was impeached for, obstruction of
justice, or his conflict of interest concerning his business. So how does impeachment work? And
how could Trump be impeached. The President shall be Commander in Chief of the Army and
Navy of the United States, and of the Militia of the several States, when called into the actual
Service of the United States; he may require the Opinion, in writing, of the principal Officer in
each of the executive Departments, upon any Subject relating to the Duties of their respective
Offices, and he shall have Power to Grant Reprieves and Pardons for Offences against the
United States, except in Cases of Impeachment.
He shall have Power, by and with the Advice and Consent of the Senate, to make Treaties,
provided two thirds of the Senators present concur; and he shall nominate, and by and with the
Advice and Consent of the Senate, shall appoint Ambassadors, other public Ministers and
Consuls, Judges of the supreme Court, and all other Officers of the United States, whose
Appointments are not herein otherwise provided for, and which shall be established by Law: but
the Congress may by Law vest the Appointment of such inferior Officers, as they think proper, in
the President alone, in the Courts of Law, or in the Heads of Departments.
The President shall have Power to fill up all Vacancies that may happen during the Recess of
the Senate, by granting Commissions which shall expire at the End of their next Session.

Ok so thats how impeachment works but before I go into how trump may handle impeachment
and how to impeach Trump I want to make something crystal clear. As much as it pains me to
say it I feel that I have to and that is don't impeach Trump. The reason why is Trumps line of

So yeah not nice guys and impeachment will not solve anything because lets say for the sake of arguing
lets say that on Tuesday, June 19, 2018 (that date has no meaning but I just picked it randomly.) trump is
impeached and convicted of tax fraud or any illegal thing that he has done or will do, so then Mike pence
will become president and paul rian will be vp. If mike pence becomes president. Just imagine the kid of
Nixon and George W. Bush not a good president for a country dancing on its diplomatic toes. I dont
want to get into the weeds of what may happen if trump is impeached. The best thing we could do is
democrats sweep the 2018 election the democrats could pull a Nixon on trump and have Trump act like
the Queen of England, title but no power. When Nixon was president congress and top people in the white
house told everyone that was in nuclear silos, submarines, and other places where nuclear weapons were
stored and or could be fired from, that if they got the call from Nixon to turn the key and end the world
they were told to ignore Nixon this is what I think should happen to Trump.

So in summary. No impeachment is not going to solve everything. Trump will probably not be impeached
but if he is then good look america. And no I do not like support or in any way shape or for approve or
like president trump is that is unclear to you I suggest you read my website more closely and realize that
just because I write about something a lot does not mean I like it. This is my last blog/opinion/writing
piece of the 2016-2017 school year it was a good time and i hope that 2017-2018 is even better for
everyone reading this and if find for whatever reason that this is my last piece for the summer or i just
don't ever touch this website again i hope that i have made a impact on you and showed you a bit of what
is now my obsession and shown that politics is a slippery slope and with that i hope that if you found my

little better for your kids or someone else because if we all look to the long term goal and put our heart to
that goal we can get it done, we should not fall victim to the short easy way in life because the easy way
