Location : Factory

01. Responsibilities : Approval of test report of all Materials. Overall supervision of Quality
Control and warehouse to assure the quality of Raw Materials, Packaging
Materials, Intermediate Products and Finished Products. To develop,
implement and maintain quality criteria and quality system for the QC
Laboratory and related operations are consistent with regulatory
requirements.
02. Specific Tasks : To approve all Documents and other necessary papers.
To approve test report of all Materials and Products.
To supervise Quality Control and warehouse.
To give training to Quality Control and warehouse personnel.
To prepare test plans and protocols, reviewing and evaluating reports and
other documents.
To monitor all activities of Quality Control and warehouse performed by
Quality Control and warehouse personnel.
To ensure cleanness of all area of the factory.
To ensure the required initial and continual training of personnel is carried
out and adapted according to need.
03. Documentation : To ensure proper documentation of production, QC and warehouse.
04. Reporting : Report to Head of Planning
05. Communication : Regular communication with top management and subordinators of QA,
QC, warehouse and production personnel.
Must attend and actively participate weekly/ monthly/ periodic meetings.
Frequent, Open, informing and consulting.
Fast response to request and in case of problem.
06. And responsible to do any other job assigned by Managing Director of the company.
