Minimum Hardware and Software Requirements

Pentium II or higher (Pentium III Class recommended)
Minimum 350MB of free hard disk space (600MB is recommended)
Minimum 128MB RAM
Operating System : Windows Vista, Windows 7

You have to be authorised to act on behalf of your organisation via e-

Services Authorisation System (EASY) to access e-Submission of
Donation.

To authorise staff, refer to user guide How to authorise staff at EASY.

Upon authorisation, you may proceed to log into e-Submission of

Donation via myTax Portal to download ipcLink application.

Go to IRAS website <https://mytax.iras.gov.sg>

Select <Organisation/ Business Tax Matters>, <SingPass>

Click <Login> 6

Enter SingPass ID and Password

Click <Login>

Note: 2-Step Verification or 2FA is required when you use SingPass to log in to e-
Submission of Commission via myTax Portal or EASY. You will need to enter a
One-Time Password (OTP) sent via SMS to your mobile phone or generated by
your OneKey Token as a second level of authentication. 7

Select the ID type and enter Organisation Tax Reference Number

Click <Next>

desktop. Alternatively, you may launch the application by clicking on Start >
