Construction sites if not properly managed may become the source of serious
environmental nuisance and related pollution affecting not only the workers on site but also
adjoining occupants and the general public. Authorized persons and registered structural
engineers are therefore strongly urged to take appropriate steps to minimize the impact of
construction activities on the surrounding environment.
