Internal Problem Notification
(QA In-charge will create the notification and fill the fields like material, batch, process order
etc., and assign the task in header level.)
Execute the transaction QM01 (by QA In-charge)
Select the Notification Type Q3 from F4 help

Under Reference objects Tab, Select required fields from F4 help like Material, Plant for Mat.,
Batch, Storage location, Prod.Order No., Coding, Description and enter text in subject data as
shown in the below screen:

Select Priority, Req.Start and Required End dates from F4 help.

Enter Complaint Qty., Select Business Area Ex.100-Parental Group, Select Code Group from F4
help and enter task text as shown in the below screen.

Observe system sets the status to TSOS.
Click on Dates/Times

Enter Reported by (enter name who is created the notification) and click on Tasks Tab

(Note: QA In-charge will release the header lever task and send to QA Manager)
Select task line item and click on Release button

Observe that system changed the status from TSOS to TSRL.
To enter mandatory partner by click on Goto on Menu bar as shown in below screen

Select Coordinator ( QA Manager) user ID from F4 help

Select Object type Quality Notification and click on continue button.

Select Send and click on Send object with note

Enter brief note to QA Manger and select Recipient user Id (QA Manager User ID) from F4 help,
select Express Message check box and click on Send button.
(To select the Recipient User ID, please refer the process mentioned in Customer Complaints
notification.)

Sap Business Workplace button on Sap Easy Access screen as shown in below screen:)

execute the transaction QM02 for further process.

QA manager go through the route cause assigned by production manager by click on Activities
tab and close the task.
Click on Tasks Tab on header
