PREPARATION:
First, preheat the oven. Then, put in a bowl the
flour and the grated cheese, mix the ingredients
with the butter, the milk, the beaten egg and
the mustard. Join them and work until forming a
soft dough. After that, put on the table the
dough, stretch it and cut it like you prefer. Cook
in a moderate oven (180) until the cookies take
colour.
