corvina, alaska pollack, belt fish, horse mackerel and flounder. The
process involves removal of the heads and viscera of the fish,
Washing and Separating Flesh only from Fish Body.

The meat is soaked to remove any impurities and oil and then
dehydrated and Chopped. The fish meat is ground and kneaded
with salt and other spices Then it is cooked: grilled, steamed, boiled
or fried.
