I Dont Ride with the Swell

of Your Buying or Selling
Note: Youre going to read this same topic in Decembers issue of WealthStrategies.
But its so important, I feel I need to tell you twice.
There are unscrupulous stock brokers and investment bankers in the world today. Heres why I call them
unscrupulous: When they tell their customers to buy this stock, they themselves already bought at the lowest
price. So that when the customers buy, the stock goes up and their money goes up with it. And when they tell their
customers to sell this stock, they themselves are out of it already. They already sold at the highest price.
In other words, they come first, their customers come second. In the end, these stock brokers and investment
bankers drive the Ferrariwhile all their customers are left driving their rusty bikes.
Because Im the guy who recommends to all the TrulyRichClub Members
what stocks to buy, its so easy for me to make a lot of money in the same
unscrupulous wayto buy before I tell you to buy and to sell before I tell you to
sell. By just doing this one simple thing, Im going to be very wealthy.
And I can hide this, right? No one needs to know.
But Im loyal to you.So I dont do that.
Heres what I do: When I tell you to buy, I would wait for a few days before
I buy. When I tell you to sell, I would wait for a few days before I sell. Result? You get the best price. I get the
not-so-good price. What happens? You earn more. I earn less.
A few times, there are stocks I could no longer buy. Because the price went up already. Example? SMPH.
But Im happy when that happens! As long as you win, Im happy. It doesnt matter if I lose.
Its easy for me to make these kinds of integrity decisions, because Im loyal to you. I love you. I want the
best for you. Even if I lose in the process, its okay.
Why? Because I have a firm belief that the universe will find a way to pay me back. Because of the Law of
Reciprocity, I get paid back by the truckloads. How?
People trust me. People want to do business with me. And thats the reason why the TrulyRichClub is on its
6th year, stronger as ever.
Happy investing!

May your dreams come true,

Bo Sanchez

Entering Further into EEI
By Mike Vias

On our last issue, we introduced the newest addition to our SAM list of stocks that we are suggested to invest
in. One of which is EEI. Last time, I gave you a brief background on what the company is all about. Now, lets
enter further into EEI its business operations, its current state, and its prospects of growth in the future.
Earlier this year, EEI announced the completion of its projects in Singapore and New Celadonia. Thus, this
caused the significant decline in its 2nd quarter 2013 service revenues, decreasing to P149 million
from P390 million in the 1st quarter of this year and P760 million during the 2nd quarter of 2012.
To replace these two big projects, EEI is now on the lookout for more opportunities in other
Asian countries. Although they were not specific, they were quite positive that they will be able
to partially replace these completed projects. Thats a good indication of prospective growth!
In the local scene, EEI is looking to offset the lower international projects with more local
projects. Some of its recent projects that it won are two wind farms with a combined value of
approximately P1.7 billion. They are also resuming its project with the Sumitomo for the CNS/ATM systems of
the Department of Transportation and Communications (DOTC). In 2014, EEI is looking forward to working on
the 1st phase of the Manila North Tollways Corporation (MNTC) project, which will be crucial for its bid for the
2nd phase, which is four times as large.
Despite the lower earnings forecast for the near term, we brought in EEI to the SAM list for its high backlog
of projects which currently stands at P28 billion, split evenly between local and Saudi-based projects.
On our next issue, we will discuss more on our other new SAM Stock, SMPH.
Happy and blessed investing!
