outside,etc.Listenforcluesaboutyourchildsstrengthsandchallenges.Ifyouhave
concerns,contacttheteacherandsetupatimetotalk.
Readeverythingtheschoolsendshome.Duringthefirstweeksofschoolchildrenbring
homeawealthofinformationaboutschoolroutines,importantdates,andmeetingsthatyou
willneedtoknowabout.Makesuretocheckyourchildsbackpackeveryday.Also,youmay
wanttogooverwithyourchild,inapositive,calmway,theinformationyouhavesuppliedto
theschoolontheemergencycard(whomaypickyourchildupotherthanyou,whereshecan
goifyoureevernothome,etc.).
