After listening to her it was my turn to respond. So I

Why is there so much suffering in the world if there is
a God? So I replied that we live in a fallen world and
even though God is there for us, yet we are facing the
consequences of our fallen nature. I told her that God

past life is quit absurd. (The Bible is clear that there
is only one life and then we face judgment.)

In 1 Peter 3:15 Peter says - But in your hearts revere
Christ as Lord. Always be prepared to give an answer
to everyone who asks you to give the reason for the
hope that you have. But do this with gentleness and
respect. As Christians, we all have a responsibility to
share about our faith, at least when there is an
opportunity. For that we will need to be always
prepared, for we don't know when such a situation
might arise. We are strictly a Bible believing and
practicing church. Let us continue to equip ourselves
with the Word of God not only to nurture our own
lives, but also to use this book of life for showing
light to others.
