The product has a special quality and is unique in the region. It has a high amount
of nutrients, even above beef and chicken. In effect, it has a high degree of protein,
fiber and other components as noted below. It enjoys a high reputation in the
region, since the tradition in its consumption is millenarian. - It has been possible to
identify an exclusive geographical area from which the product comes, as well as
other factors that affect the quality or reputation of the same.

The marketing of culonas ants has brought to English tables this unusual food so
