perfect continuous tense is used to declare events of the past and continues to this day and the
incident may have been made in the future such as indicated by the word all week, all
day, since, for teen years, and so forth.
Formula / rumus : I / we / you / they / + Have + been + verb + ing
Example :
1.I was writing a lesson all day, yesterday.
2 Were they studying all day yesterday ?
3 We were not going to Jakarta week.
4 When I studied, He was entering the room.
5 They watched movie while Joana was working.

3,. Past perfect ( sempurna selesai lampau )
Past perfect tense is used to declare an event (action) in the past a perfect finish before
another deed done.ast perfect.
Example :
1. She had called the police before I came.
She hadn't called the police before I came.
had she called the police before I came?
2 I had finished my work.
I hadn't finished my work.
Had I finished my work?
3. You hadn't stopped before I did.
You had stopped before I did.
Had you stopped before I did?
4 She had gone to school.
She had not gone to school.
had she gone to school?
5. We had left.
We had not left.

FUTURE TENSE.
1 Simple future tense ( akan dating sederhana )
simple future tense is the form that states an act to
be done in future to characterize the marker example: there is a word tomorrow, next week,
next month, next year, next Saturday.
Formula / rumus : I / wee/ shaal/ will + verb
Example :
1 I will go to Surabaya tomorrow.
2 Will go to Surabaya tomorrow ?
3 I will not go to Surabaya tomorrow.
4. I will probably see Janet at the cafeteria at lunch.
5 According to the weather forecast, it will rain tomorrow.
se a claim form is an act of will (are) held at a future time. Characteristic markers usually use
the word at five next week, at this time tomorrow, and so forth.
Example :
1. My mother will be teaching math at five oclock next eek.
2. Shall you be studying French at this time next week ?
3. My mother will not be teaching math at five o clock.
4. We will not be using the car tomorrow.
5. I will be playing basketball at six oclock
re perfect tense is that which states that an act done in the past has been completed
at another time in the future. The characteristics of the marker there is
usually said by the time, by the end of, before, etc.
Formula / rumus : I / we + shall / will + have + p2.
You / they / he / she / it + will + have + P2
Example :
1. My sister will have read two novel of fredys writes by the of this week.
2. Will I have finished my exercise by the time ?
3. Mr. sucipto will not have met you before next month.
4. The Meeting will start at 09.00 a.m and will have finished at 11 a.m
5. The workers will have finished to build an apartment on February.

2 We would be playing at six oclock yesterday morning.
3 Farmers in Jati Bali would be growing rice crops at 9 a.m. yesterday.
4 Transpiration would be starting to increase at 8 a.m. this morning.
Example :
1 I should have worked if I had graduate.
2 I should have graduate if I studied har.
3 He would have left if his parent came.
4 She never expected that she would have waited for her boyfriend for 2 hours last night.
5 I expected that I would have slept for 8 hours last night but I was awoken by my
neighbors long big fight at 1 a.m. It was very loud and I couldnt fall asleep till morning.

4 Future past perfect continuous ( akan sudah sedang berlangsung pada waktu lampau )
future past perfect continuous is rarely used even though the reported speech.
Formula / rumus : I / we + should / would + have been + verb + ing
You / they / she / it + would + have been + verb + ing
Example :
1 By last Christmas I should have been working in that office for five years.
2 Mr. Johnson had worked for twenty-nine years before he got fired last week
3 I had been living in that house for nine years before I moved to where I live now.
4 He had married her for 19 years when they finally had a baby last month.
