Our Industrial clients are multinational automotive, chemical, food and consumer products manufacturers and
municipal public utilities companies in Indonesia.

We were qualified to ISO9001 since 1999 in design, manufacture, installation and maintenance of industrial
boilers, fans and dust collectors.

We have certificate of authorization from ASME (American Society of Mechanical Engineers) for U, S and R
stamps for power boiler and pressure vessel engineering design, fabrication, inspection, modification and
alteration. We were also certified to ISO 18001 (Occupational Health and Safety Standards) from Lloyds
Register in 2006.

Gikoko's directors and staff have received capacity building in Clean Development Mechanism (CDM) and
Kyoto Protocol since 2003, and formed a partnership with the World Bank's Carbon Finance Unit in October
2006 to develop carbon credit projects.
PT Gikoko Kogyo Indonesia is a Engineering and Manufacture of Industrial Boilers, Fans and
Dust Collectors offering Air Quality Management , Furnace and Utility plants since 1993. The
company operated as PT Gikoko Utama since 1984 in Jakarta at the Pulogadung Industrial
Estate in East Jakarta, the first manufactuer of industrial fans and importer of Niigata diesel
gensets and Kawasaki steam boilers.

In 1993 a second fabrication plant was added in Cibinong with area of 18,000m2 30km from
central Jakarta near Bogor in West Java.

In 2007 Gikoko executed Emission Reduction Purchase Agreement for Municipal Solid Waste
Management with the Bank of International Reconstruction and Development (The World Bank)
and became a pioneering primary producer of United Nations certified carbon offsets.

In 2008 Gikoko delivered 4MWe biomass captive power plant for a Clean Develop Mechanism
project in Central Java for a particle board factory completing US$6million Engineering,
Procurement and Construction contract utilizing Swedish furnace design and process control,
local fabrication and Japanese steam turbines.

Gikoko incorporates Japanese furnace design to build customized melting furnace for smelters
and heat treatment furnace for production process.

Gikoko has constructed heat treatment furnaces for automotive and building material factories.
Quality furnaces built by Gikoko has increased productivities in these factories.
6. Fans & Blowers

Gikoko offers high efficiency centrifugal fans with guaranteed output; all impellers are
dynamically balanced to ensure smooth operation.

Automotive factories specify Gikoko Taniyama fans for the metal finishing painting booths
and for the welding shop fume exhausts.

Furnace manufactures who required constant operation at high temperature rely on

Gikoko fans. Gikoko undertakes field surveys to determine client requirements and
performs fan maintenance service.
7. Dust Collectors & Cyclones

We offer bag filter dust collectors to remove dangerous dust particles from process operator's
breathing zones and prevent material loss from silo and transfer belts.

Gikoko Dust Collector are installed in ferrous and non ferrous metal smelters, construction
materials automotive and musical instrument manufacturers.

Special safety features to prevent explosions and heaters to cope with agglomerating dusts
are offered.
8. Ventillation Energy Recovery

Air Change is a patented membrane heat exchanger system that over 75% of energy from
exhausted chilled air.

To cut measurable costs turn to this award winning innovative technology to prevent energy
contained in exhausted air from air conditioned room going up into the atmosphere. It is an
economic alternative to installing expensive odour treatment systems.

Production Floors, Hospitals, Lecture Halls, Bars and Clubs, Swimming Pools, Class Rooms and
Meeting Rooms all benefit from higher standards of hygiene and improved productivity. Our client
has used Air Change with cooling unit for finish product test line room.

Primary Procedure of UN Certified Emission & Reduction
PT Gikoko Kogyo Indonesia is an engineering and manufacturing company which provides their clients
with services in the sectors of Clean Air System, Biomass Resource Management and Carbon Credit
Development. With innovative Carbon Credit Scheme for landfill management of City of Pontianak
Gikoko in cooperation with World Bank's Carbon Finance Unit starts their engagement in planning,
developing and implementation of Clean Development Mechanism Projects.

Gikoko develops Landfill Gas Flares CDM Projects and works closely with municipal governments in City of
Pontianak, City of Palembang, City of Semarang and 4 Districts in Bali (Karangasem, Buleleng, Bangli and
Klungkung). The environmental and social problems can be controlled with this cooperation in municipal
waste management project.

On June 14th 2007, Gikoko signed the first Emission Reduction Purchase Agreement (ERPA) for Methane
Abatement Project in TPA Batulayang Pontianak with the World Bank Carbon Finance Unit, with Netherland
as the ultimate buyer.
The signing ceremony was conducted in the presence of His Excellency the Ambassador of Netherland, the
Mayor of Pontianak and officials from the World Bank. This project is already registered on May 31st, 2008.
