First established in 1934 in Singapore under the name "Waters and Watson" we survived the Second World War to become the pre-eminent Quantity Surveying and many years as Langdon Every and Seah and subsequently Davis Langdon & Seah. One of our early partners, Mr. (RICS) in the world.
