for a standard expansion tank:

Pf = 26.7 = fill pressure or pre-charge pressure, (psia)

Low temperature closed expansion tank sizing
The diagrams below can be used to estimate the size of a closed expansion tank at low temperatures.
Temperature in degrees Fahrenheit - pressure in psig
initial temperature 50oF
initial pressure 10 psig
maximum operating pressure 30 psig
