Beef Olathiyathu

Beef - kg ( cut into small pieces)
Chilli powder - 2 tablespoon
Pepper powder - 1 teaspoon
Turmeric powder - teasponn
Garam masala - 1 teaspoon
Meat Masala - 1 teaspoon
Coriander powder - 2 tablespoon
Ginger - 2 big pieces
Garlic - 1 pode
Onion - 1
Curry leaves
salt - accordingly
Coconut pieces - cup
Vinegar - 1 tablespoon
Coconut oil - accordingly
Mustard seeds - 1 teaspoon

1. Clean & drain the water from beef pieces. Marinate beef with all ingredients except
mustard seeds and coconut oil. Pressure cook the marinated beef with cup
water.Once the pressure drops, open the cooker and cook the beef on low flame till
the gravy is dried completely.
2. Heat oil in a frying pan. Splutter mustard seeds & add curry leaves. After that add
the cooked beef & stir until it becomes dark brown colour.
