y: The
Doctrine
of Anti-
Logic
By Danny
Duran
Christians never properly speculate what their own doctrine portrays. That is
why their minds and limited to binary conformity, which is perhaps one of
the most injurious things that an individual could obtain. Just for the record,
I used to be a very strong Christian, and it intoxicated me for the reasons that
I will try my best to explain lucidly. Whether they want to admit it or not,
one of their top ideologies is that almost everything that comes from YOU,
comes from the Devil--everything other than love. Love is the piece that
contributes to the idea that God made man in his own image. Under this
philosophy, you’ll find quotes that say things such as “The heart is
deceitful”, “He who trusts in his heart is a fool”. Or “Trust not in yourself,
but in God.” I once received a letter from a Christian stating “The fool hath
said in his heart, there is no God. This makes you worse than a fool, for it
came out of your own mouth you Godless heathen Dog. You will crack
your knee and confess Jesus Christ as Lord just before you go to the Lake of
fire, if you die in your sins.” I think that is the beginning to a down-spiral of
scrupulous self-slavery, because if nobody trusted in their conscience, we
wouldn’t have reached certain positive stages that we have reached today. I
have been told even more ludicrous things such as “There is no such thing as
an Atheist. All Atheists know for a fact that there is an almighty creator, but
they refuse to acknowledge it.” The majority of responses were reasonable:
“I don't know guys; I think I'm just suppressing that inner voice that tells me
to embrace my almighty creator. This man obviously realizes that I, and all
atheists, feign disingenuous disbelief in this blatantly apparent benefactor
simply ...to bother Christians rather than an authentic stance against a
pretentious disguise for a manipulative organization that's only 'factual'
backing is an archaic novel that can best be compared to a fictitious child's
story and that exploits its members to no end for its own benefit.”
Christians have frighteningly obscure definitions of evil. Basically, their
views convey that even if a person is kind, and goes by some Christian
principles, but does not admit to believing in and worshipping their
unproven God, then that leads to evil, the domination of Satan, and your
prospective consequence. When analyzing this theory, I cannot help but
laugh. Wanting to take care of yourself, and be powerful, and self-reliable
instead of being a slave to a God who demands you not to be yourself, not
pay attention to your own conscience, and not to believe in yourself, but
only in HIM, that is not evil. If that's evil, then I guess everyone in the entire
world is. There is no such thing as YOUR will in Christianity. “Not my
will, but your will be done.” Christianity corrupts the masses by teaching
people to reject their human nature and individuality, and roughly to
encourage self-doubt, whereas it is believed by them to lead them to God’s
plan instead of evil. Good and evil, whether one wants to agree or not, have
always been subjective terms. With this in mind, it is conspicuously
unhealthy and immature to believe that anyone that resides with kindness
but not with God is deserving of hell. If the meaning of life and salvation
resides with manipulation, spiritual slavery, dogmatic delusion, and one's
rejection of his own self, then I see Christianity as the most foolish,
ludicrous, and dangerous belief system of all.
This God also goes against vengeance. Likewise, if somebody hits you, you
are to let him hit you again, and then you must forgive him, and let him hit
you again if he so wishes, thus placing you under his mercy. If the man ends
up killing you, because, you, under God’s rules did not hit back, then, if you
were sure to confess for your “original sin” in the past, then, once the man
kills you, you ascend up into the sky and live with this supposedly forgiving
man forever. Interestingly enough, this is one of the most revengeful Gods
of our age. If we want to have faith in ourselves, and do things that we
enjoy doing that do not meet up to his personal set of desires, then he will be
angry at us for doings things that he didn’t appreciate, and he will take it out
on us by sending us to a miserable place. Also, he said that in the end of the
earth, he would “smite” Satan, he who tried to be a good example and help
us escape from this absurd standstill. …Sounds like vengeance to me, as
well as stubborn, and childish.
If this is all so, then I will disgorge your god, spewing him out of my mind
and body to avoid contamination. He will no longer deceive me and my
loved ones. The most uplifting thing that I realize through all of this is that,
in fact, under our knowledge today, God probably does not exist. I’ve
realized that we cannot rely on an old translated book of fantasy and afterlife
to conduct morality. True, it has some values to be relished, but as a whole
if it comes down to self-abuse being classified as righteous then I fear it is
wasting both a joyful and logical life.
