stated that no contractor in this office is exempted from income tax

because all contractor are related to settle area of this province and

exempted area are clearly mentioned by the income tax department i.e.

FATA area. During previous financial year 2012-2013 income tax have

been deduction from contractor as and when they submitted their claim,

and all deduction was paid through sap system under public account head
