Overview
SUCCESS Once you have made up your mind to become successful, you need a
strategic mission plan outlining exactly how you are going to achieve success.
A baseball coach uses much more time practicing games then playing the
winning game . He puts time and effort into personnel development and
tough leadership coaching skills for something that at the end of the day is just a
ball game. Far more important than a ball game is for us to engage in tough
and vigorous leadership training for the Restore America Plan.
LEADERSHIP The world does not operate the way you think it does. It has been run by
leadership networks for over 6000 years! Today the Security Council is extending
an invitation for you to qualify yourself and to become a member of one of the
ten (10)major networks that comprise the Security Council network ,helping to
implement the Restore America Plan to success through leadership.
INVITATION Our invitation is for leaders only. Security Council members are not voted in, nor
can they become a member by personnel choice. Each was carefully selected
and invited to join because they have earned our trust by honesty, respect,
justice, integrity, kindness, dedication to others and have earned the right to
become a member of the Security Council.
VIRTUES Security Council members know what it takes to earn respect. It takes honesty,
loyalty, dedication, integrity and 100% commitment. It takes Gods word in the
heart. Without the Word of truth, no sound council can be given on a consistent
basis that can be trusted.
PRIVILEGE It is just a privilege for you to be invited by the Security Council and through
leadership integrity ,we put you on the road to earn the trust it takes to climb
the ladder as a member with important duties, operating within the chain of
leadership command while having your back covered by many dedicated
members of the Security Council who have made this commitment .

Terms
CHIEF ADVISORS There shall be four (4) chief advisors having the qualifications of being a
(4) Guardian Elder of the Restore America Plan.
SENIOR There shall be ten (10)network tables with two (2) men as senior advisors seated
ADVISORS at each table. Decisions made at each table are final when the two (2) senior
(20) advisors are in agreement.
JUNIOR Each of the ten (10) senior advisors shall build themselves a junior advisor
ADVISORS leadership table with ten (10) Security Council men in good standing. Junior
(100) advisors shall be chosen to serve geographically, two (2) for each republic. The
table of ten (10)junior advisors are the top strategic thinkers and planners under
the supervision of the senior advisor for each network. The three(3)trustees for
each state shall answer to the two (2)junior advisors.
REGIONAL Each junior advisor shall build a regional advisor leadership table with ten (10)
ADVISORS Security Council members in good standing. Regional advisors answer to the
(1000) junior advisor table and carry out the orders from the junior advisors and or pass
them to the foreman in the Security Council network flow of business in the
geographical area of the republic they serve .
COUNTY Each regional advisor shall build a county advisor leadership table with ten (10)
ADVISORS Security Council members in good standing. County advisors shall answer to the
(10,000) regional advisor table in the Security Council network flow of business .County
advisors can be the grand jury foreman or other elected office holders of the
grand jurys or they can hold office of the Justice of the Peace, county clerks or
serve as county notary.
LEADERS Each county advisor shall build a leadership table of ten (10) leaders with
(100,000) Security Council members in good standing. They are county leadership tables
that oversee education to the Restore America Plan. They assist in qualifying
people to sign up as qualified members of the Restore America Security Council.
MEMBERS Members are people that have signed up for the Restore America Plan and are
trained to qualify to become part of the Security Council for the purpose of
having access to the security and services provided by any of the networks. 3
Conditions
CONTENT This Restore America Security Council shall be comprised of four (4) Guardian
Elders overseeing the two (2) senior advisors for each of the ten (10) networks .

10 Ten (10)junior advisors serving as planners and top strategic

juniors thinkers for each of the ten (10) networks
100 Two (2) regional advisors of each network for a total of

Conditions
SEATING All senior and other advisor seats also known as the head advisor of a leadership
table are for life or until an advisor is removed or retired voluntarily.
CHIEF Any chief advisor vacancy occurring in the event of health problems, death,
ADVISORS retiring or removal of a chief for cause, shall be filled by a candidate from any
sitting senior advisor by agreement of all chief advisors.
ADVISOR Any advisor vacancy in any leadership table of any network in the entire Restore
VACANCY America Security Council whether it is a senior advisor, junior advisor, regional
SEATING advisor, county advisor or leader ,occurring in the event of health problems,
death, retiring or removal for cause, shall be filled by a candidate from the
table directly underneath the table with the vacancy unless otherwise
appointed by the security network.
Each person seated at the table seeking to fill their table vacancy shall present
to their advisor his vote of first, second and third choice of a candidate from the
table directly underneath them. Vote choices shall be evaluated and the
candidates with the majority vote choices shall fill the vacancy. In the case of a
tie the lot shall be used. The security network shall reserve the right to supersede
any vote if security issues would present themselves in any candidate.
REMOVAL Any chief advisor may be removed from their seat upon the agreement of
eighteen (18) senior advisors out of the twenty(20) or by agreement of three (3)
chief advisors.
Any senior advisor may be removed from their seat upon the agreement of
sixteen (16)senior advisors or the agreement of four (4) chief advisors.
All head advisors sitting at any leadership table within all the networks ,with the
exception of the senior advisors, shall be removed from their seat upon the
agreement of all the members sitting at the table he is sitting with or the table
that answers to him. This does not remove him from the Security Council as a
member. The security network shall reserve the right to make decisions which
shall supersede any and all unseating actions of any head advisor or member.

Conditions
OFFENCES Offences by head advisors, seated members or members within the Security
Council network shall be remedied by sound leadership counseling by the
security network with opportunity given to cure. Complaints shall never be made
against any member of the Security Council to the grand jurys. If a member
refuses to be corrected and the security advisors have exhausted all remedies
they shall remove the member from the Security Council. If this does not correct
the problem ,and only if, then the grand jury shall review the issue under normal
procedures and the Security Council shall support and uphold their decisions.
UNSEATING The security network shall be briefed on any unseating actions of any Security
ACTIONS Council member from their respective leadership table seat within all the
networks. They have full authority to review and modify any unseating decisions.
The reviewing process shall be initiated by requesting a written testimony from
each of the members at the leadership table that participated in unseating the
alleged offender.
JUROR The security network shall be briefed on any removal actions of any juror from
REMOVAL any grand jury whose foreman is a Security Council member , operating through
REVIEW the leadership of the Security Council. They have full authority to review and
modify any removal or seating decisions for any juror that is a member in good
standing of the Security Council.
The security network shall oversee and orchestrate all removals and vacancy
seating and shall always reserve the right to intervene if security problems are
presented with candidates removed or filled by normal procedures.

Orders
ORDER The agreement of four (4)chief advisors constitute an order for all the networks.
MAKING All agreements are sent to the security advisors for the clearing process.
The agreement of the two (2)senior advisors at the head of any of the networks
constitute an order for that specific network and are sent to the security
advisors for the clearing process and forwarded to the chiefs for agreement.
ADVISORY The assembling of the (4)chiefs and (20) seniors when called upon by the
PANEL security network to bring an issue to vote for agreement of (18)to make it final.
This is done when an order is received from or given to the chiefs and cannot
find full agreement between the (4) chiefs , the (2) security advisors and the two
(2) senior advisors from the network it is meant for.
CLEARING All orders authored by the chief advisors for the de facto US agencies must first
PROCESS clear the security advisors table so they can ensure security is alerted and
implemented for wherever and whenever needed. Orders must clear the chief
advisors and the security advisors table only ,with full agreement. If there is
disagreement the security advisors shall bring it to the advisor panel for review
and modification. The agreement of eighteen (18)shall make it final.

ORDERS security advisors table so they can ensure security is alerted and implemented
for wherever and whenever needed and then it must be presented to the
two (2) senior advisors of the network it is meant for. If the two(2) senior advisors
of that specific network agree to the order then it shall be implemented. All
orders must clear the chief advisors , security advisors and the two (2) senior
advisors of its network table it is meant for with full agreement. If there is
disagreement the security advisors shall bring it to the advisor panel for review
and modification. The agreement of eighteen (18) shall make it final.
If an agreement is deemed very important to be made by two (2) or more

chiefs and the rest cannot find agreement to it, the security advisors shall bring
the issue to the advisory panel for review and modification and the agreement
of eighteen (18) shall make it final.

Orders
ADVISOR All orders authored by any two (2) senior advisors in agreement for their specific
ORDERS network including grand jury order findings from the judicial network for the de
facto US agencies must first clear the security advisors table so they can ensure
security is alerted and implemented for wherever and whenever needed.
Orders must clear the chief advisors and the security advisors table only ,with full
agreement. If there is disagreement the security advisors shall bring it to the
advisor panel for review and modification. The agreement of eighteen (18) shall
make it final.
If an agreement is deemed very important to be made by one senior advisor

and his partner senior advisor cannot find agreement to it, the security advisors
shall bring the issue to the advisory panel for review and modification and the
agreement of eighteen (18) shall make it final.
REPEAT Identical repetitious orders do not have to go through the full clearing process
ORDERS other then notifying the security network so security strategies can be
implemented when and where necessary.

Orders
GRAND JURY All seated grand jurys whose foreman is a member of the Restore America
Security Council will have the privilege of sending their findings through the
Security Council to the chief advisors for enforcement.
GRAND JURY Because the grand jurys and the elected office holders are a separate and
FINDINGS private arm of government it would be improper and a security concern to
stack them all into one Security Council network therefore the foreman of any
grand jury can be seated within any network leadership table that he finds
himself serving in. In the Security Council flow of business he shall answer
according to the network seating position but any grand jury finding and order
shall be transmitted directly to his state regional judicial advisor .
JURY FINDING The junior judicial advisors shall review grand jury findings for correctness and
ORDER FLOW forwarded to the judicial senior advisors to be submitted directly to the chief
advisors for implementation and copied to the security network because they
are involved with the security affairs of people and the grand jurys and they will
be able to intervene and remedy any security issues that may be presented by
the findings and orders before it is carried out by the chief advisors.
ORDER For the respect of liberty and the sake of individual conscious, all orders that
FLOW any member is entrusted with from the top down to pass or to carry out the
order shall always be received by a voluntary agreement of YES or a NO . His yes
shall be yes and no shall be no.
Any member that does not agree to pass the order or to fulfill the order shall be
at liberty along with the member that gave it to him, to find another Security
Council member sitting at his table ,that will follow through with the agreement
order if they both agree it is appropriate. If they cannot agree to this then the
agreement order shall go back from where it came from and the authors shall
remedy the situation through the security network only.
The member that rejected it shall state responsible and reasonable cause for
refuse. This does not jeopardize his membership within the Security Council.

Chief Advisors
CHIEF The Chief Advisors are essentially overseers of all the network senior advisors. All
senior advisors shall answer to the chief advisors in duty.
DUTIES Chief advisors shall maintain oversight and provide proper assistance with all the
decision making process and agreement and orders of all the senior advisors in
all matters. They are responsible to clear any orders received and given to them
through the security advisors before being given to any specific advisor table for
Implementation.
They are ambassador liaisons to all the US de facto corporation agencies, as

well as to the military for the de jure government of the United States of America
on behalf of all the senior advisor network leadership tables.
They shall be available for mutual assistance and sound counsel in the decision
making process of the senior advisor tables and shall maintain good oversight .
They shall settle disputes, disagreements and differences among the senior
advisors within all the networks by the agreement of four (4). If not ,then the
security network shall bring the issue to the advisory panel to vote for agreement
of (18) which shall make the decision final.
They shall always walk in the spirit of love. They shall always abide by the Golden
Rule: Do Unto Others As You Would Have Others Do Unto You.

shall be Security Council members in good standing, well respected ,easy to get
along with, listening well , slow to speak and slow to anger, of sound mind and
good judgment. They shall not be double-tongued nor engage in gossip behind
another person’s back. Their yes shall be yes and no shall be no.
Chief advisors shall not provide themselves personal assistants to carry out their
daily duties. They shall assign duties to their senior advisors for assignment to the
junior and regional advisors.

Security Advisors
SECURITY Security advisors shall answer to the chief advisors. They shall oversee the junior
security advisor strategy team of the security network. In the event of
disagreement between the security advisors regarding a security issue on any
order received or given, the decision shall be forwarded to the chiefs for review
and modification .The agreement of the four(4) chief and two (2) security
advisors shall make it final. If agreement cannot be found the advisory panel
shall review and modify the issue and the agreement of eighteen (18)shall make
it final.
ENFORCEMENT Security advisors shall maintain full disciplinary enforcement action by calling
special Security Council member grand juries for serious grand jury or jury
offences committed by non-members in their respective republics.
SECURITY Any order, action plan, agreement, disagreements, disputes, breach of

ISSUES covenant , duty ,improper paperwork found within the Security Council network,
de jure USA , the de facto US , grand juries and the trial juries that would have a
wrong and hurtful consequence if allowed to be implemented, presents a
security issue and shall be intervened or be presented to the security network.
RECRUITING They shall built a leadership table of junior security advisors of ten(10)Security
Council members in good standing whose mission shall be “security first always”.
They shall built highly responsible leadership and training teams of Security
Council members within the security network. Ranks of qualified police officers,
security guards, military and militia personnel can be recruited for the security
network leadership tables.
The security network shall both seek and provide assistance wherever needed
among any of the Security Council members within any area of the de jure USA
regarding any security issue. They shall establish and maintain a cohesive
Security Council networking among Security Council members of the de jure
USA to carry out action plans in the most secure way possible.

Security Advisors
DUTIES Security by far is the most important issue at stake in any operation. The security
network and their leadership tables in assistance with all Security Council
members are responsible to assist in coaching and training within all the
Security Council networks, ensuring no breakdown in communications, no
misunderstanding between parties, no favoritism or back-room deals.
They shall settle disputes, disagreements and differences among all the security
Council members within all the networks. They shall work out solutions and seek
agreement. They shall always walk in the spirit of love and they shall always
reserve the right to make the final decision in all security issues. They shall abide
by the Golden Rule: Do Unto Others As You Would Have Others Do Unto You.

COACHING They shall operate with professional love, professional courtesy and professional
leadership coaching at all times.
Advisors shall not provide themselves personal assistants to carry out their daily
duties. They shall assign duties to their leadership tables.

Executive
EXECUTIVE There shall be two (2) senior executive advisors who shall answer to the chief
ADVISORS advisors. They shall oversee the junior executive advisor strategy team of the
executive network.
RECRUITING They shall built a leadership table of junior executive advisors of ten(10)Security
Council members that are experienced in Presidential agency executive
operations and shall provide leadership council on behalf of the Restore
America Security Council within the de facto executive agency department
operations of the CIA, FBI, and other Presidential departmental agencies of the
de facto US as established by Article II of the Constitution.
DUTIES The senior executive advisors through the executive network shall be in charge
of the executive matters of the de Jure USA as per Article II of the Constitution.
Decisions are final when the two are in agreement. They shall especially work
closely with the security network and the legislative network .
RESOLUTION The agreement of the advisors shall be final in establishing all decisions and
orders. All agreements are sent to the security advisors for the clearing process.

Legislative
LEGISLATIVE There shall be two (2) senior legislative advisors who shall answer to the chief
ADVISORS advisors. They shall oversee the junior legislative advisor strategy team of the
legislative network.
RECRUITING They shall built a leadership table of junior legislative advisors of ten(10)Security
Council members that are experienced in Constitutional legislative operations as
per the Constitution.
DUTIES The legislative advisors through the legislative network is in charge of the
legislative matters including Social security,welfare,IRS and other taxing
agencies as well as commerce with foreign nations, weights and measures, post
offices ,military and the militia and other powers of the de Jure USA as
contained in the Article I of the Constitution.

Judicial
JUDICIAL There shall be two (2) senior judicial advisors who shall answer to the chief
ADVISORS advisors. They shall oversee the junior judicial advisor strategy team of the
judicial network.
RECRUITING They shall built a leadership table of junior judicial advisors of ten(10)Security
Council members that are experienced in Constitutional judicial court
operations as per the Constitution Article III as well as experienced de jure grand
jury and trial jury Security Council members that are former or Constitutional
converted attorneys who now want to be real American lawyers.
DUTIES The senior judicial advisors through the judicial network shall provide sound and
proper grand jury and jury handbooks, guidelines and training in all areas of
paperwork and grand jury and common law trial jury function for the republics.
They shall be in charge of reviewing and providing sound counseling and
training through their leadership networks for all Security Council members that
are sitting for both grand jury and jury members. They shall work closely with the
security network and shall rely on the law network for exercise of the law.

Financial
FINANCIAL There shall be two (2) senior financial advisors who shall answer to the chief
ADVISORS advisors. They shall oversee the junior financial advisor strategy team of the
financial network.
RECRUITING They shall built a leadership table of junior financial junior of ten(10)Security
Council members that are de jure financial consultants and private bankers and
in good standing with a good reputation of being trustworthy.
DUTIES Senior financial advisors through the financial network shall oversee all banking
and financial matters and trust funds. They shall provide proper education on
writing sovereign sacred trusts and proper handbooks, guidelines and
assistance in all areas of paperwork for the Security Council members of the
Republics in utilizing sacred generational trust funds. They shall work closely with
the security and law networks of the Security Council.

Law
LAW There shall be two (2) senior law advisors who shall answer to the chief advisors.
ADVISORS They shall oversee the junior law advisor strategy team of the law network.
RECRUITING They shall built a leadership table of junior law advisors of ten(10)Security
Council members that are experienced in Constitutional law and common law
as per the Constitution Article III as well as experienced de jure grand jury and
DUTIES trial jury Security Council members that are former or Constitutional converted
attorneys who now want to be real American lawyers.
Senior law advisors through the law network shall be in charge of all law matters
within the de jure republics. They shall provide proper law educational
handbooks, guidelines ,training and assistance in all areas of lawful practice
and paperwork for all of the networks serving the republics and shall be
available for oversight in all matters of law making decisions of all the networks .
RESOLUTION They shall provide schools and training for de jure lawyers in conjunction with the
education network. Law advisors and their tables shall be available to assist in
reviewing both grand jury and jury law matters when called to question. They
shall work closely with the security and judicial network.

Health
HEALTH There shall be two (2) senior health advisors who shall answer to the chief
ADVISORS advisors. They shall oversee the junior health advisor strategy team of the health
network.
RECRUITING They shall built a leadership table of junior health advisors of ten(10)Security
Council members that are experienced in medical and natural medicine.
DUTIES Health advisors through the health network shall be in charge of all medical and
natural medicine matters within the de jure republics. They shall provide proper
education in the dangers of drugs and vaccines. They shall provide handbooks,
guidelines and assistance in health areas of the republics and shall be available
to assist all the networks and especially the education network within the
Security Council to advocate natural medicine freedom in schools and
churches and free the people from drug oppression and strange medical code
and corporate oppression of individual choice and freedom.
They shall provide schools and training for practice of natural and holistic
medicine in conjunction with the education network. They shall provide and
establish natural health clinics that use renewable medicines grown from the
earth such as herbs and pure essential oils.

Agriculture
AGRICULTURE There shall be two (2) senior agriculture advisors who shall answer to the chief
ADVISORS advisors. They shall oversee the junior agriculture advisor strategy team of the
agriculture network.
RECRUITING They shall built a leadership table of junior agriculture advisors of ten(10)Security
Council members , experienced in agriculture and family farm operations.
DUTIES Agriculture advisors through the agriculture network shall oversee the fishing,
orchards ,agriculture and family farm operations within the de jure republics.
They shall provide proper education for the restoration of the small family farms
on American waterways and soils. They shall provide handbooks, guidelines and
training in all areas of organic and sustainable farming and orchard practices
for the republics and shall be available to assist all the networks within the
Security Council to advocate natural GMO free farming methods and chemical
free practices. They shall be specially committed in downsizing factory type
farms and shall advocate small family farm operations with minimal heavy
factory farm equipment to promote sustainable and renewable practices.

Industry
INDUSTRY There shall be two (2) senior industry advisors who shall answer to the chief
ADVISORS advisors. They shall oversee the junior industry advisor strategy team of the
industry network.
RECRUITING They shall built a leadership table of junior industry advisors of ten(10)Security
Council members that are experienced in American interest industry operations.
DUTIES Industry advisors through the industry network shall oversee all American interest
industries within the de jure republics. They shall provide proper education for
the restoration of American industry in the areas of manufacturing, retail,
transportation, mining, renewable energy resources and all American jobs and
labor interests. They shall provide handbooks, guidelines and training in all areas
of the American industry interests for the republics and shall be available to
assist all the networks within the Security Council of American industry.

Education
EDUCATION There shall be two (2) senior education advisors who shall answer to the chief
ADVISORS advisors. They shall oversee the junior education advisor strategy team of the
education network.
RECRUITING They shall built a leadership table of junior education advisors of ten(10)Security
Council members that are former or active teachers or professors or home
school educators who teach the truth to children.
DUTIES Education advisors through the education network shall oversee the church,
school, college and home school matters within the de jure republics. They shall
oversee the restoration of the American education system and to provide
morally up-building and divine inspired education for the restoration of highly
efficient true and proper education in the schools and colleges .
They shall provide handbooks, guidelines and assistance in all areas of

education for the republics and shall be available to assist all the networks
within the Security Council to expunge the educational system from false
evolutionary and other wicked indoctrination of our nations children and to
restore the sacred holiness of truthful Godly education in American society.

Junior Advisors
JUNIOR Junior advisors shall be chosen , two (2) for each republic. The junior advisors do
ADVISORS not have to be seated within geographical boundary limits in the Security
Council leadership network flow of business but they will have certain oversight
that could be limited to the de facto state of the republic they are assigned to .
DUTY Junior advisors shall be in charge to carry out senior advisor agreement orders,
duties and decisions both pertaining to the Security Council network, the de jure
USA and the de facto US. They shall be the review and screening panel for issues
that are brought up to them from their specific network they are serving. They
shall answer to their senior advisors.
TABLES The senior advisor shall assign each junior advisor his duties or when
appropriate allow his table to work among one another as they so desire.
ORDER Members at the table shall each stay to his own duties as much as possible and
shall not conspire against the senior advisor behind his back to other members. If
issues are present they shall present it to the security advisors for remedy.
REMOVAL In the event of serious discontent, discord, ill-will and disunity among any
junior advisor leadership table ,the senior advisor or his members shall present it
to the security advisors to remedy .
VACANCIES Vacancies shall be filled according to the advisor vacancy seating protocol.

Regional Advisors
REGIONAL Regional advisors shall be chosen geographically for the republic they live in.
ADVISORS The regional advisors do not have geographical boundary limits in the Security
Council leadership network flow of business but they will have certain limited
duties to perform that are specific to the republic they serve in .Regional
advisors shall also serve as the state trustee when so appointed.
DUTY Regional advisors shall be in charge to carry out junior advisor assignment
orders, decisions and duties both pertaining to the Security Council leadership
network, the de jure USA and the de facto US. They shall answer to the junior
advisor that seated them. Regional advisors shall oversee the grand jury
functions and committees on behalf of the Security Council through the county
advisors and receive grand jury findings and convey them directly to the junior
judicial advisor table.
TABLES The junior advisor shall assign each regional advisor his duties or when
shall not conspire against the regional advisor behind his back to other
members. If issues are present they shall present it to the security advisors.
REMOVAL In the event of serious discontent, discord, ill-will and disunity among the
regional advisor leadership table it shall be forwarded to the security network.

County Advisors
COUNTY The county advisors shall answer to the regional advisor that seated them. They
ADVISORS can be grand jury foreman or other grand jury elected officers. They can also

DUTY All grand jury foremen that desire to receive or give information through the
Security Council to the chief advisors for enforcement must be Security Council
members and may be seated as county advisors.
There shall be no less then two (2) county advisors for each county. They are to
be available to assist any Security Council member to pass grand jury or other
information to the Security Council .
TABLES The regional advisor shall assign each county advisor his duties or when
shall not conspire against the county advisor behind his back to other members.

Leaders
LEADERS Each county advisor shall build a leadership table of ten (10)leaders of Security
Council members in good standing.
DUTY The Security Council leaders are to assist and educate people in the counties
regarding the de jure USA government and how to become a part of the
Restore America Plan. They are to assist in finding and qualifying those people
that would like to know and join the Security Council as members. They are the
liaison to the Security Council county advisor to pass information to the top and
to receive information from the top for themselves and other members. They are
to assist members and people to qualify to receive the security and quality
services provided by each specific network of the Security Council.

Leadership Networking
There is no greater power to bring effective change then leadership networking. It has been
used since the beginning of time. All visible business and government structure that me and
you get to see is run from the backside by leadership networking tables. Trust and group
commitment is the heart and soul of all leadership networking and that is why it works.
Here are some examples of great leadership networks:
1.Abrahams Network (Believers Network) Romans 4; 11 ....
Abraham became the Father of all those who believe. Abraham was the author of the
believers network. It is still going strong today. His network exists and is woven in and out of the
fabric of all society on earth today.
2.Moses Network (Judges Network) Exodus 18: 17 .... Appoint such over them to be officers of
thousands, of hundreds, of Fifties and of TENS.
Moses was providing sound counsel to the people . He was gathered to them daily listening to
their problems when the father in law had a brilliant idea. He thought about leadership
networking so they could accomplish what he otherwise knew that Moses could never
accomplish by himself. They got organized and they networked and it worked!
3.Davids Network (Warriors Network) Samuel 22:2 .... gathered to him 400 men who were in
debt and distressed and he became chief over them;
King Saul was anointed king and his job was to fight for Israel on the Lords behalf. He became
disobedient and then Samuel anointed David King and the Lord send him networking! David
gathered unto himself men that were in debt and distressed and taught them how to network
and they went out fighting battles for the Lord while Saul was sinning for the devil. David
networked many years with his men and then he became the King.
David fought all the battles that Saul should have been fighting. Kings rarely fight for the Lord
because their ego causes them to sin. The real important battles are fought by people that
leadership network behind the scenes, just like David did.

4.Nehemiahs Network (Builders Network) Nehemiah 5 14-17 .... For 12 years I and my brothers
were leaders over them ... ... ... there were at my table 150 nobles and rulers.
Nehemiah started to build the temple and was greatly hindered by the governmental ene-
mies. Then he learned about leadership networking. They leadership networked right in the
presence of the existing corrupt government power structure and they still were able to build
the walls of Jerusalem successfully in record time. That is how well it works!
5.Jesus Christ's Network (Building the Kingdom) Matthew 10:1 And he called his 12 disciples,
and gave them power over unclean spirits .... through leadership networking the disciples
made other disciples and this repeated itself till the gospel had spread across the whole globe
touching millions of lives.
The devil tried to make Jesus King but he refused because Jesus believed in leadership
networking to win the battle. He trained his disciples how to leadership network two by two
and when they were pretty successful at it ,he died .Now they had to do what no one ever
did. They had to network by faith. It was a challenge but it worked!
Networks Run The World
Our world is run by powerful and wealthy networks yet 90% of the people do not have access

INITIAL SEATING PLAN: To facilitate a speedy convening of the Security

Council it is advisable to seat one (1) person at each advisor table and
convene the Security Council with the goal to have the partner advisor
seated within reasonable time.
The two (2)advisors are partners. When one is not available or chooses to be
off duty the table is not left empty.
