The state of Israel has been occupying palestinian territory for 47 years; the dispute
between the Jewish and Arab counterparts in the region of Palestine, is today still a priority
matter for the United Nations, palestinian rocket attacks against Israel and Israels military
operation in Gaza are considered strong violations of the international humanitarian law.

It is clear to the State of Syria that Israel is carrying out a war of terror against civilians with
the aim to break the will of the Palestinian people trough the murder of children, the
destruction of homes, and the driving of an entire population to poor conditions.

was kidnapped by Israeli soldiers, and used as a human shield, these kind of human rights
violations are still currently going on in palestinian territory; as an effort to stop this
atrocities, on 26 August 2014, an open-ended ceasefire was announced due to the rapidly
increasing violence occurring.

Syria has made efforts in order enforce in favor of human rights, Syria is supporting basic
human rights by sending 230 tons of food and medical aid to Gaza, in fact Syria is
currently recognising Palestine as a state, within its 1967 borders and East Jerusalem as
its capital on the basis of preservation of Palestinian legitimate human rights something
which Israel is refusing to do.

Syria is in favor of the enforcement of human rights in the palestinian territories, wrongfully
occupied by the state of Israel.

Oslo Accord, therefore seeking to foster mutual understanding and tolerance and

to prevent such incitement by any organisations, groups or individuals within their
jurisdiction.
