III. CURRICULUM DEVELOPMENT:

Conducting staff development

Organization of SPED monitoring schedule for IEP (Individualized Education Plan)

Development.

Encouraging teachers to attend seminars or Training workshops.

Development of abreast SPED Learning Materials.

Preparing low cost instructional materials (audio-visual and non-prints materials)

Procure assistive learning devices to address the academic need requirement of Children
with Special Needs.

IV. PHYSICAL FACILITIES DEVELOPMENT:

Involvement in the 2016 Brigada Eskwela Cleaning/Repairing Project in the school together
with the SPED Parents and other Volunteers.

Repair of Airconditioned Unit (Circuit Breaker).

Replacement of Fluorescent Lamp.

Direct the SPED parents on contributing to the School Urban Gardening (Tapat ko, Linis Ko).

Emphasize the maintenance of cleanliness and orderliness inside the SPED room.

V. LINKAGES/NETWORKING:

Attended the D.R.U.G. (Drug Abuse Resistance Education), dated June 28, 2016.
 SPED Meeting was organized for the Election of SPED Officers, followed by the INDUCTION
CEREMONY with our School Head, Sir Ronald I. Castro, Ed.D, dated July 1, 2016.

Organized the participation of the SPED pupils in the 2016 Nutrition Month Cookfest, dated
July 15, 2016.

Organized a meeting with the SPED Parents for the SPED Float Decorations under the Nutrition
Month Celebration, dated July 27, 2016.

Participated in the Nutrition Month Parade with its own SPED Float, dated July 29, 2016.

Attended and Participated in the 38th National Disability Prevention and Rehabilitation
Month, dated July 17-23, 2016.

Visited the 40th Council Jamboree held at Camp Aquino, San Miguel, Tarlac City, dated
November 22-26, 2016.

Organized a meeting for the upcoming SPED Christmas Party at the TWCES Conference
Hall, dated December 12, 2016.
