AIRLESS ELECTRIC SPRAYER

INSTRUCTION
MANUAL

Caution: For domestic use only. When a falmmabte liquid is sprayed there
may be danger of fire or explosion, especially in a dosed room.
When servicing, use only identical replacement parts.
Read instructions carefully before using.
SPRAYER ADJUSTMENT
T h e sprayer must be adjusted for each type
of paint Proceed as foltowe:
1. Turn the piston stroke adjustment screw
counter-clockwise all the way.
2. Turn the spryer on by pressing the trigger.
3. With sprayer operating, turn the piston
stroke adjustment screw clockwise until
the paint atomization is good and a correct
apray cone is achieved. Atomization
should be uniform.
4. Further turning of trie-screw, (clockwise),
will reduce the paint out-put.
TESTING
1. Test the spray pattern o n a piece of old
carbdoard orwood.
2. T h e n try spraying at different distances
from the caraoard. until y o u find the
distance that gives y o u the best-looking
results.

paint per pass.
T h e diagram Figs, shows the stroke direct
ions for spraying.
First guide the sprayer from left to right,
then up and down.

TROUBLE SHOOTING
Problem Cause Solution
A. Motor hums but does 1. Worn Valve 1. Replace valve
not spray or irregular 2. Suction tube not in 2. Readjust suction tube
spraying right position
3. Plugged suction tube 3. Clean it with thinner
4. Plugged nozzle 4. Clean nozzle
5. Intake tube is plugged 5. Clean intake tube
by dryad paint
6. Control knob needs . Adjust
adjustment
Atoinization not good 1. Adjustment not proper 1. Adjust see page 2
2. Paint too thick 2. Chek viscosity thin
paint See page 1
3 Wide spray_ 3. Try small nozzle
C. Over painting 1. Sprayer is too close 1. Keep 25-30cm(i2}
to the object appropriate distance
2. Too much paint 2 Adjust piston stroke
clockwise to reduce
spraying. Two thin coats
are better than one.
3. viscosity too low 3. Check viscosity. See
