health and beauty.

Due to customers participating in an affiliate program,


the Company creates a global sales network.

For the promotion of goods the Company pays


bonuses to its partners.

Those who receive rewards should comply with one


important rule - they use this production themselves and
tell others about it directing their attention to great

instrument for success and financial independence of the
active members of the APL family!
Price formation
The initial price for products is in force by activation and status increase.

Activation is an enrollment payment.

Status increase is a transition from one status to the next.

For all other purchases (secondary purchases) there is a secondary price


that is 60% less than the initial price.

Activity is a secondary purchase over the first report period.


Activity sum can vary both upward and downward.
The activity sum is determined by the actual qualification for the previous
month or by a maximum achieved qualification.
Starting from the actual qualification of a manager or higher, the activity sum is
determined by maximum achieved qualification.

Euro is used as the main currency for payments between the Company and
its partners.
For internal calculations, a monetary reference unit is used with the exchange
rate in euros, depending on the country where we operate.

Product prices may vary depending on the country of delivery.

For example, you want to order GRW at the cost of 20 c.u. and get it in
Russia.
Course 1 c.u. = 0.65
Therefore, GWR = 20 c.u. * 0,65 Euro = 13 Euro
Now you want to order GRW and get it in Belarus.
Course 1 c.u. = 1 euro, thus GRW = 20 c.u. * 1 Euro = 20 Euro.

Information on exchange rates for your delivery area can be seen in the back
office menu "buy" - "Company course". Courses may change.
Statuses of entry
100 c.u.* At activation you can select products in the
specified amount at their initial prices. You pay for
your status of entry and make a one-time payment
equal to 25 c.u. for your registration (getting a
200 c.u. back-office and an opportunity to purchase
products with a discount).

400 c.u. Unactivated users have a trial access to the back-


office for 30 days, then their ID is deleted.

600 c.u. Note: your ID can be blocked, if the total


secondary purchase within 12 months amounted
to less than 120 PV.
1800 c.u. (VIP) ** Unblocking of user account costs 25 Euro, after
unblocking, the amounts that have earlier accrued
in the big line are not saved.
3000 c.u. (Diamond) ***
YOU CAN FORMALIZE AND PURCHASE SEVERAL IDS.
EXTRA IDS CAN BE TRANSFERRED, IN CASE:

- no more than 12 months have passed after the activation;


- the ID has no personally invited partners;
- no more than 1 line is filled;
- the person getting the transfer red ID hasn't been registered in the system before;
- the ID has not been transferred earlier.
* 100 c.u. status:
By selecting 100 c.u. status of entry into the Company, you get a fragrance kit (a set of EXTRAVAGANZA scent testers
with one full-sized bottle of perfume) and become our Consultant. The Consultant has an opportunity to purchase the
products of the Company at a discount, get payments under the Starting bonus, as well as under the Returnable bonus.
Other bonuses are not accrued! You can change the 100 c.u. status for any other after you pay the full amount of a new
one.

** 1800 c.u. (VIP) status:


Entering under the VIP status or raising the status up to 1800 c.u. within 30 calendar days from the moment of activation,
the distributor gains Director qualification ahead of time.
VIP-status enables the partner, who has reached the qualification of Managing Director and higher, to additionally open
up to 7 profitable lines.

***3000 c.u. (Diamond) status:


Entering under the DIAMOND status or raising the status up to 3000 c.u. within 3 months allows the partner getting the
qualification of Managing Director ahead of time
and opening the 3rd profitable line from the very first days of business in the Company. If it has been longer than
3 months from the time of activation, the customer can buy out the place for 3000 c.u. (a single amount of 3000 c.u. for
primary purchase is paid), then is will be possible to get 10% up to 6 levels in the structural bonus.

Particular advantages of (Diamond) status:

- Structure bonus 10% up to 6 levels;


- Leader bonus will be calculated including minimum 5 levels on a regular basis, irrespective of your actual qualification,
except for the case, when actual qualification is higher than Managing Director in this case there will be more levels;
- Managing Director pin;
- possibility of payment for your activity based on your actual qualification. When the amount of activity is defined, the
awarded qualification of Managing Director won't be considered.
Profitable lines
Right after the registration (entry status doesn't matter) the client initially has two lines
of the binary tree.

Opening profitable lines


TO OPEN EACH ADDITIONAL LINE THE DISTRIBUTOR NEEDS:

1) to have at least 1800 c.u. status;


2) to confirm by turnover qualification minimum of Managing Director
or to purchase some products in the amount of 3000 c.u. within 1 month.

No more than 1 additional profitable line can be opened in a month. The maximum
number of lines - 9.

The volume is calculated based on the secondary purchases of the structure on all 6 levels,

Ambassadors

When this qualification is achieved for the first time:


- the leader is awarded with a golden pin with five diamonds and can choose: an apartment in
Moscow
or single-time bonus equal to 200 000 c.u. (calculated based on the average currency rate of the
purchases in the structure).
When qualification is confirmed and achieved:
- the flights, accommodation and participation in the events are at the Company's expense for 12
months.

Premium and higher qualifications require an additional contract signed


with the Company. The qualification does not count if the personal minimum
activity and the activity of the personally invited are not met,
a minimum of 40 PV in total in each branch.
Charges and payments
There are 4 reporting periods in 1 calendar month in the APL
Company:
Period 1: from 1st to 7th,
Period 2: from 8th to 14th,
Period 3: from 15th to 21st,
Period 4: from 22nd to 30th (31st).

The starting and main bonuses are accrued each period.


Special bonuses are accrued on a monthly basis.

The reward is paid by the Company each week, within the period
following the accrual.

2. MAIN: Starting bonus, Group bonus, Leader bonus, Structure
bonus;
3. SPECIAL: Retirement bonus, Entertainment expense bonus, Activity
bonus, Director bonus, Executive bonus;
4. LUXURY: travel bonus, cash bonus, jewelry, penthouses.

Note: the Company is not your tax agent, therefore please take due care
of tax liabilities yourself.

Returnable bonus percentage is defined based on your personal


secondary purchases (of any product) in PV.

Accrual of PV for percentage starts from November 15, 2015


(it doesn't burn and is carried-over from one period to the next one).

The percentage is accrued in c.u. for the amount of personal


purchase made in APL SHOP (or all products belonging to FRESH,
EveryDay, BLACK OCEAN, BIO SECRETS, ECO BEAUTY series).

Bonus percentage is updated one time on the last day


of the finished reporting period.

Percentage can be applied to your future purchases only.

Additional requirements for payment: none.

The bonus is paid on a weekly basis after the reporting


period is finished.
Starting bonus
STATUS If your personally invited partner purchases the products in the amount of
100 c.u., then from his/her activation order you get commission in the
100 amount of 10 c.u. (10%).

STATUS If your personally invited partner purchases the products in the amount of
200 c.u., then from his/her activation order you get commission in the
200 amount of 20 c.u. (10%).

STATUS If your personally invited partner purchases the products in the amount of
400 c.u., then from his/her activation order you get commission in the
400 amount of 60 c.u. (15%).

STATUS If your personally invited partner purchases the products in the amount of
600 c.u., then from his/her activation order you get commission in the
600 amount of 105 c.u. (17,5%).

STATUS If your personally invited partner purchases the products in the amount of
1800 c.u., then from his/her activation order you get commission in the
VIP amount of 360 c.u. (20%).

If your personally invited partner purchases the products in the amount of 3000
DIAMOND c.u., then from his/her activation order you get commission in the amount of
STATUS 600 c.u. (20%).

The Starting bonus is accrued weekly after the reporting period.

Note: in case you raise your status, the Starting bonus is calculated based on the amount of extra
payment actually paid by your personally invited partner.

For example, if your current status is 1800 c.u., you pay extra 1200 c.u.
to raise your status up to 3000 c.u.
Now we determine the % of your starting bonus: 600 < 1200 < 1800
It's seen that 1200 c.u. is less than 1800 c.u., therefore, 20% are not applicable,
for 1200 c.u. we use 17,5%, same as for the status 600 c.u.
In this example the starting bonus going to the sponsor will make: 1200 c.u. * 17,5% = to 210 c.u.

Additional requirements for payment: none.

The bonus is accrued weekly after the reporting period.

An example of Starting bonus calculation, based on the following data:


- you signed up a newcomer with 1800 c.u. and 600 c.u. status;
- the newcomer will get some products in Russia in the amount of 600 c.u. ;
- the newcomer will get some products in Belarus in the amount of 1800 c.u.;
- currency rate of 1 c.u.b of =1 Euro, the rate of 1 c.u.r = 0.67 Euro (you can see valid currency rates in
your back-office: Purchases Currency rates of the Company)

Calculation:
For 1800 c.u. the Starting bonus of the newcomer to be accrued on the balance will be:
1800 c.u. * 20% = 360 c.u. * 1 Euro = 360 Euro;
For 600 c.u. the Starting bonus of the newcomer to be accrued on the balance will make:
600 c.u. * 17,5% = 105 c.u. * 0,67 Euro = 70,35 Euro.
Group bonus

A Group bonus provides you with a

NOTE:
1) if the requirements for getting the bonus are met, then the bonus is paid out, after
that the amount of a small line (lines) will be written off, while the group volume in a
big line will decrease by the total amount of a small line (lines).
2) if the requirements for getting the bonus aren't satisfied, then the bonus won't be
accrued, the amount of a small line (-s) will be written off, the amount of a big line
won't be subtracted.
3) if the total amount of a big line is less than the total amount of a small line (lines), in
that case the % on a Group bonus will be added based on to the following logic:

We have the following qualified volumes: profitable line 1 = 10.000 Euro, line 2 =
8.000 Euro, line 3 = 5.000 Euro, line 1 is the big line.
Cycle 1: From the amount 10.000 Euro of a big line the qualified amounts of a small
line (-s) is subtracted - line 2,
that is 10.000 Euro - 8.000 Euro = 2.000 Euro is the remaining balance of line 1.
Cycle 2: The remaining balance of line 1 = 2.000 Euro, line 2 = 0 Euro, line 3 = 5.000
Euro; Line 3 > line 1,
therefore in the second cycle we use line 3 as big, and get:
5.000 Euro - 2.000 Euro = 3.000 Euro is the carry-over of line 3 for the next period.

The cycles will be carried out until either there is only one profitable line with
its saved volume, or the payment limits of 10.000 Euro for one line won't be
exceeded.

Additional requirements for payment: your personal activity and the activity of your
personally invited partners should be in the amount at least 40PV in total per each
line. The bonus is accrued weekly after the reporting period.
Group bonus

The following conditions are given for the calculation of a Group bonus as an
example:

- your status of entry is 1800 c.u.;


- you have met the requirements for getting the bonuses (personal activity and activity of
your personally invited partners in lines);
- you have no saved amounts in your lines;
- currency rate of 1 c.u. for Russia is equal to 0,67 Euro;
- currency rate of 1 c.u. for Belarus 1 Euro;
- your line has 1 activation in the amount 1800 c.u. at the currency rate set
for Belarus = 1800 Euro;
- 2nd activation in your line makes 3000 c.u. at the currency rate for Russia = 2010 Euro;
- 3rd activation in your line is equal to 600 c.u. at the currency rate for Belarus = 600 Euro.

Action 1: transfer C.U. in PV, then in Euro:

1800 * 0,4 = 720 PV * 1 Euro = 720 Euro


3000 * 0,4 = 1200 PV * 0,67 Euro = 804 Euro
600 * 0,4 = 240 PV * 1 Euro= 240 Euro

Total Group bonus makes: 216 Euro = 25,2 Euro = 241,2 Euro (will be accrued on your
balance in the back-office: Balance - Account Statement)

Carry-over calculation in PV at the end of the period:

Remaining balance in PV == Y*(Z/X), where:


X = the sum of the saved and qualified volumes on all branches, in Euro;
Y = the sum of the saved and qualified volumes on all branches, in PV;
Z = the balance in Euro remaining after the calculation.
Leader bonus
This bonus is paid on a weekly basis based on the Group Bonus (GB) of your personally
invited partners (PI), according to actual qualification for the previous month.

The bonus is accrued on a weekly basis after the reporting period.

Note for qualifications: qualification is counted when the requirements for getting the main
bonuses are met.
Structure bonus
This bonus is paid weekly from cummulative volume of secondary purchases
(PV) af all structure, including monthly activity.

**** This bonus is accrued and paid quarterly (upon condition that actual
qualification for a quarter is confirmed).

Note to all main types of reward:


The requirement minimal personal activity can be replaced with a secondary
purchase in the amount of the minimum activity according to the actual qualification in
a five-time size, at the same time the requirement will be considered met both for the
period when the secondary purchase was made and for the following periods of the
current month;

the requirement activity of your personally invented partner in the line can be replaced
with a new subscription of personally invited in your line, where the requirement isn't
met, at the same time the requirement will be considered met both for the period of this
subscription and for the following periods of the current month.
Special bonuses
ACTIVITY BONUS
You will get an additional bonus for your loyalty in the amount of 10 c.u. during the
following 12 months, if your personal activity is at least 40PV and total activity of personally
invited partners is at least 40PV in each open line within 12 consecutive months.

RETIREMENT BONUS
5% of receipt of Group bonus, but no more than 300 c.u., will be monthly accrued on the
balance of the user for accumulating of annual retirement bonus which will be paid in 12
equal shares within the next year, in case his/her personal activity makes at least 40PV and
above, and upon availability of PIs with monthly activity at least 40PV and above in each
open line within 12 consecutive months.

ENTERTAINMENT EXPENSE BONUS


Monthly compensation for expenses of the partners in qualification:
National Director 1000 c.u.
International Director 2000 c.u.
Premier Director 3000 c.u.
on condition that these qualifications for the current month are actually confirmed.

DIRECTOR BONUS
1% of the APL total international turnover (initial purchase) is distributed among the
Partners with Director, Senior Director, Managing Director and Corporate Director
qualifications in equal shares, based on the amount of increase in the small lines, where
500PV = 1 SHARE.
***** This bonus is calculated monthly and paid out quarterly, if the necessary
qualification for 3 months is actually confirmed.

EXECUTIVE BONUS
Please see the Provisions in the back-office.
Luxury bonuses

These are the bonuses available to the highest, top qualifications


beginning from the Ambassador. Those, who have reached one of 5
most exclusive qualifications of the APL Company, can expect such
bonuses from the ompany as luxury trips around all world, jewelry with
gemstones, exclusive destinations, penthouses in the best cities of the
world, cash bonuses in millions!
