Issues and Challenges Met by Indigenous Farmers in Adopting Modern Agricultural

Technologies

Methodology

This chapter presents the Research Design, Locale of the Study,

Respondents of the Study, Data Gathering Procedure and Data Analysis.

Research Design

This study will use descriptive type of research, respondents of this study

includes 5 farmers. The researchers will interview the respondents regarding the

issues and challenges they met in adopting modern agricultural technologies.

Locale of the Study

This study will be conducted at Solana, Cagayan. As one of the biggest town

in the province, Solana is also known in terms of agriculture.

Respondents of the Study

Respondents of this study will be five farmers who are considered tenants and

land owners.

Data Gathering Procedures

The method of collecting the data from the respondents will be semi-

structured interview and questionnaire regarding the issues and challenges met by

the respondents in adopting modern agricultural technologies.

Data Analysis

This study
