DEPARTMENT at Cabanatuan City. And she works forty eight 48 hours per week not including

Her summary of employment and duties and responsibilities is as follows:

Design and implement plans/activities for the branch to attain its monthly sales and
customer target
Reviews and analyze the branchs monthly performance relative to previous month
and year
Regularly monitors the operational expenses incurred as against sales to ensure a
favorable profitability ratio in the branch
Prepares weekly ordering of stocks per supplier
Reviews weekly inventory of all products per supplier conducted by designated staf
Ensures that expiring medicines are pulled-out on time and that Returned Goods
Policy is strictly observed
Attends to customers inquiries ,request and complaints
Ensures the implementation of company policies ,rules and regulations
Ensures that operational expenses of the branch do not exceed given budget
Conducts monthly branch meeting with subordinates to thresh out issues and
problems: to discuss plans and suggestions and to update personnel on important
matters
Reviews asset status in the branch and makes necessary recommendations / action
such as for repair or replacements.
Checks bulk orders of regular customers prior to packing
Prepares manpower schedule and Daily Attendance Record of employees
Ensures right pricing of stocks at POS terminal as to back office
Performs other related duties which assigned from time to time
