INSTRUCTIONS FOR APPLICANTS

Before filling the form please read the enclosed INSTRUCTIONS


carefully :

1. This is a common admission form for all the M.Phil and Ph.D
programmes. Please mention your preference against the programmes
applied for
2. Before you filling the online application form, make sure that you have
the following:
Scanned copy of your recent passport size photograph. You will also
need the same photograph to affix on the printed form.
Scanned copy of your signature
If you choose to pay for application by DD or in cash, please keep the
payment details (DD number or receipt number of cash payment) before
you log in to fill your application.

The scanned copies should be in JPEG (.jpg) format and should not exceed
50 KB (for photograph) and 20 KB (for signature). If you choose to apply
on-campus, you are advised to have the scanned copies of your
photograph and signature sent to your e-mail account for access during
application filling or carry it in a pen drive).

3. All fields marked by (*) are mandatory


- Filling all mandatory fields is required to make your application as
Complete.

4. Incomplete applications will not be considered and will be REJECTED.

5. Please refrain from using single / double quotes, comma or semi colon
in the First, Middle or Last Name

6. Before saving the First Page, please make sure that the Program
Preferences & Category have been entered correctly. Once entered, these
entries can't be modified.

7. Thereafter, you will be asked to pay the application fee through Internet
Payment Gateway. Confirm payment through credit card / debit card or
internet banking.

8. After successful online payment, you will be directed back to the


application form. Continue filling the same.

9. While filling the online application, if your browser closes unexpectedly


or if you are logged out, please use the login information sent to your
email to login again.

10. In case of any technical problems, please send an email


to directorit@aud.ac.in explaining the problem with a cc
to campussupportteam1@gmail.com
11. The green buttons are help buttons. Hover the mouse over them for
additional information. If you need any further assistance, please send an
email to admissions@aud.ac.in explaining the problem.

12. There are Three pages in your application


* Personal Details
* Qualifying Exam Details * Other Details

13. After filling each page, Click 'Save' to save your entries.

14. Once you finish entering all the details and click the 'Save' button, a
preview of all the pages will be shown for you to cross check your entries
before submission. You can still make corrections at this stage.

15. Form will only be submitted after clicking on 'Submit'. Note that you
cannot make any changes after that.

16. After you submit the form,a 'Download PDF' link is provided for you
to download your application and take a print copy, if needed.

17. The students paying the Online Application Form Fee via DD must
send a hard copy of the application form duly filled with the necessary
documents to AUD for processing of your application. Send the completed
form, clearly postmarked before the last date, along with Caste/Category
certificate (if applicable) to :

18. Your online application will be processed further only upon receipt of
the above documents and satisfactory verification of Caste/Category
Certificate (if applicable) by the AUD Admissions Office.

19. The hard copy of your application form (for those who have paid the
Application Fees via DD) must reach AUD by post.
