HOW TO CLAIM THE REWARD
(U.S. Qualifiers only)
In order to claim the reward, qualifiers will need to have
completed the Required Distributor Training. Qualifiers must call
Member Services at 866-866-4744 to confirm their current
mailing address before the reward will be shipped. Rewards will
be shipped 46 weeks after qualification and current mailing
address is confirmed.

PROMOTION RULES
1. Qualifiers must be in good standing with the Company and
will need to have completed the Required Distributor Training.
2. Qualification will be confirmed at the sole discretion of Herbalife.
3. The iPad mobile digital device promotion (promotion) is open
only to Herbalife Supervisors and above from the U.S. and Puerto
Rico.
4. For Supervisors with downline Supervisors, the percentage of
Documented Volume (DV) is measured on first three levels of
downline Supervisors and Platinum Charter Preferred Members.
For Supervisors without a downline Supervisor, the percentage
of DV is measured on your Total Volume. If a Supervisor without
a downline Supervisor acquires downline Supervisors or Charter
Preferred Members over the course of the promotion, he/she
will continue qualifying under the path for Supervisors without
downline Supervisors or Charter Preferred Members.
5. A validated receipt is defined as a receipt for a profitable retail
sale containing the following information: list of the products and
quantities sold, method of payment, date of sale, price paid by
your customer, customers first and last name, customers contact
information, including at least two of the following telephone
number, address, or email address, your name, ID#, email
address and telephone number, and customer signature for
paper receipts.
6. Qualifiers are solely responsible for any and all taxes associated
with the promotion.
7. Qualifications are based on the achievements of the individual
Distributorship. Divorced Distributors with split IDs may combine
100% of the volume from the original (joint) ID, plus 100% of the
volume on their new (individual) ID.
8. Should any of the volume required to qualify for the promotion
result in a re-purchase of products by Herbalife, Herbalife will
deduct the cost of the rewards from the qualifiers earnings.
9. Distributors must claim their reward and raise all questions
and disputes regarding the promotion within 90 days of the
qualification.
10. The reward being offered is the new Apple iPad mobile digital
device (32 GB) with WiFi. If the reward is no longer available,
Herbalife will replace with a comparable device.
